tobacco control regulations process.Methods:1.Analysis of tobacco control laws and regulations:Use content analysis to analyze the texts of 19 representative cities such as Beijing,Shenzhen and Shanghai.2.Establish a framework for the implementation of social co-governance to promote tobacco control laws and regulations:Based on the current status of domestic tobacco control laws and regulations,based on the relevant knowledge of social co-governance theory,learning from the implementation experience of advanced foreign countries’tobacco control laws and regulations,and combining the relevant content of urban tobacco control laws and social co-governance in my country In the end,a framework for the implementation of social co-governance and promotion of tobacco control laws and regulations will be established.3.Social co-governance promotes the implementation of tobacco control laws and regulations:According to the principle that the city has comprehensive smoke-free practice site.Combined with the actual situation of street smoking control,guided by the framework of the implementation plan of social co-governance and promotion of tobacco control regulations,establish and implement the"Overall Implementation Plan for the Theme Activity of "Smoke-Free Maluan Street and Shared Health".Finally,the effect evaluation is carried out through on-site visits.Results:1.Analysis of tobacco control laws and regulations:17 of the 19 cities’tobacco control laws and regulations include the principles of social co-governance on tobacco control,accounting for 89.47%.In terms of specific terms:the tobacco control regulations include provisions for 7 types of government-led analysis categories and 7 types of social collaboration participation analysis categories.2.The framework of the implementation plan for social co-governance to promote tobacco control laws and regulations:including the measures that the government and relevant departments should take and the specific practices of various social entities participating in the implementation of tobacco control laws and regulations.The government should encourage,support,guide and urge other social entities to participate,improve the supporting mechanisms for the implementation of laws and regulations,establish a reward and punishment mechanism,and unblock complaints and reporting channels and establish a feedback mechanism.Various social entities need to strengthen their sense of responsibility,actively participate in the implementation of tobacco control laws and regulations,citizens actively complain and report illegal acts,actively learn about tobacco hazards,key groups play a role model,take the lead in smoking ban and tobacco control,tobacco sellers and places where smoking bans actively comply with tobacco control laws and regulations It is stipulated that the media cooperate with the government in propagating knowledge about tobacco hazards and in 2019,and the difference was statistically significant.The awareness rate of smoking and second-hand smoke causing related diseases and other tobacco hazards is higher than 79.97%,and 93.66%of the
