| Objective: Observing the clinical efficacy of the method of removing collateral and removing turbidity combine with acupoint pointer therapy in treating intestinal metaplasia of spleen deficiency with blood stasis.To explore its efficacy and safety in the treatment of intestinal metaplasia of spleen deficiency and stasis.Preliminarily revealing mechanism of inflammation-mediated regulation of intestinal metaplasia of spleen deficiency and stasis type.Methods: Including 90 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were divided them into a treatment group of 30 cases,a Chinese medicine group of 30 cases,and a control group of 30 cases according to randomized control principle.Before treatment,the three groups were treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo Decoction combined with acupoint pointer therapy,the Chinese medicine group was treated with Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo Decoction,and the control group was treated with folic acid tablets.The course of treatment is 3 months.Comparing the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment,serum pepsinogen(Pepsinogen,PG,PGI,PGII),gastrin-17(Gastrin-17,G-17),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),gastric mucosal pathological tissue curative effect and total curative effect,as well as the skin temperature change of Pishu,Weishu and Rendu Meridian.Results: After treatment in three groups,the total effective rate of TCM was96% in the treatment group,86% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,and 42% in the control group.In terms of the total symptom scores after treatment and the efficacy of TCM symptoms in the three groups of patients,there were significant difference among them(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)TCM clinical symptoms: three groups of TCM clinical symptoms(full stomach,stomach pain,poor appetite,fatigue,loose stools,nausea and vomiting,acid regurgitation)points were fund after 3 months(P<0.05).All groups improved the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the improvement degree of the treatment group was more significant than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)The serum PGI and PGR of the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group increased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Both groups can improve the level of PGI and PGR,and the increased level of PGI and PGR in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The increase of PGI and PGR in the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group,the PGI of the control group increased after treatment,but the increase in PGR was not obviously.It was no significant difference in PGII between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).The decrease level of G-17 in the treatment group was significantly different from the Chinese medicine group and the control group,the decrease level of the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)After 3 months of treatment,the level of IL-1β and TNF-α was decreased in all groups.Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,the level of IL-1β and TNF-α in the treatment group was significantly different(P<0.05).The decreased level of IL-1β and TNF-α in the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the total effective rate of pathological curative effect in the three groups was 89% in the treatment group,72% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,and 39% in the control group.After treatment,the total effective rate of pathological curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of pathological curative effect of Chinese medicine group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)The degree of intestinal metaplasia in the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was improved.Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,the degree of intestinal metaplasia was higher improved in the treatment group and the effect was significant(P<0.05);In the control group,the degree of intestinal metaplasia was not significantly improved after treatment(P>0.05).(7)After3 months of treatment,the meridian skin temperature(Pishu acupoints,Weishu acupoints and Rendu Meridian)in the treatment group and the Chinese medicine group was increased.In addition,the skin temperature of the treatment group was higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;while the control group had no significant improvement in improving the meridian skin temperature.Conclusion:(1)In the clinical efficacy of the method of regulating collaterals and removing turbidity combine with acupoint pointer therapy in treating of intestinal metaplasia of spleen deficiency and blood stasis,the therapeutic effect is significant.In terms of improving the symptoms of TCM,the treatment group and the TCM group can relieve the fullness of the stomach and the pain of the stomach,less appetite,fatigue,loose stools,nausea and vomiting,acid reflux symptoms are significantly better than the control group,and the treatment group has the better effect.(2)It can improve its digestive tract symptoms,and the degree of gastric mucosal intestinal metaplasia.Besides,it can increase serum PGI levels,lower G-17 levels,inhibit serum IL-1β,TNF-α levels,increase the skin temperature of Pishu,Weishu,and Rendu veins,and improve the patient’s physical fitness Have been greatly improved. |
