| Objective:To summarize and analyze the prescription of Chinese medicine in treating blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetes.Methods:Search the relevant literature collected in CNKI database from 2020 to2020,collect and sort out the relevant TCM prescriptions,and summarize and analyze them through the "TCM inheritance computing platform v2.5" software.Results:141 prescriptions meeting the requirements were included.Through data analysis,it was found that the top 5 with the highest frequency were Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,radix paeoniae rubra and radix rehmanniae,and the cold and warm drugs were the most in the four Qi analysis;At the same time,the number of support is set to 30 and the confidence is set to 0.8.A total of 9 core drugs and 25 drug combinations are obtained,of which the combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Astragalus membranaceus has the highest frequency,and three new prescriptions are obtained through software cluster analysis.Conclusion:At present,the rule of TCM in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes with Blood Stasis Syndrome is: the main flavor is sweet,the main character is warm and cold,and the main part of the medicine belongs to liver,heart and spleen channels.The most commonly used medicines are radix astragali,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Rehmanniae,radix angelicae sinensis,safflower,peach kernel,Yam and Radix Pueraria Montana.There are some medicines in the new prescription combination,such as improving the uncomfortable symptoms caused by“Blood Stasis”,activating Qi to resolve the“Blood stasis”,strengthening spleen and removing dampness to reduce the formation of “ Blood stasis”,but they do not pay much attention to promoting the excretion of“Blood stasis that has already been removed”. |
