Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ditan Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),to explore the mechanism of action and provide new directions for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine.Methods:60 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary artery disease who attended the cardiovascular clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December2020 to December 2021 were selected. And the Chinese medicine diagnosis was phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. The random number table method was selected to divide them into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional medicine and the treatment group was treated with medicine combined with Ditan Tongmai Decoction,Treatment duration was 4 weeks. To observe the changes in the efficacy of TCM symptoms, quality of life evaluation, nitroglycerin discontinuation and reduction rate and lipid levels in the two groups.SPSS26.0 statistical software was applied to statistically process the data, analyze the observation results and correlation, and draw conclusions. Results:A total of 60 patients who met the criteria were collected in this trial, and 3 testers were dislodged or excluded, for a total of 57 completed cases, including 29 in the control group and 28 in the treatment group.1.TCM syndrome points and efficacy: after treatment, the single points and total points of TCM syndrome in both groups showed a decreasing trend compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group(85.7%)compared with the control group(62.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Quality of life evaluation: all indexes improved after treatment in both groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the PL,AS,AF,TS and DS scores were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).3.The rate of discontinuation and reduction of Nitroglycerin: the rate of discontinuation and reduction of nitroglycerin in the treatment group(89.3%)was significantly better than that in the control group(62.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.lipid levels: After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C levels in both groups showed a decreasing trend compared with those before treatment;however there was no statistically significant difference in HDL-C levels when compared within groups(P>0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C levels were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in HDL-C levels in the treatment group compared with the control group(P>0.05).5.Safety index: Patients in both groups were tested for blood and urine routine and liver and kidney function before and after treatment, and the results were within normal limits, and no adverse events occurred during treatment. Conclusion:The combination of Western medicine with Ditan Tongmai Decoction is more effective than western medicine alone in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome). They can be more beneficial in improving the TCM symptoms, reducing the symptoms of heart pain, reducing the use of nitroglycerin, regulating blood lipid levels and improving the quality of life for patients.
