Study On The Medication Rule Of Professor Chen Bainan’s Treatment Of Lipodermatosclerosis Based On Data Mining

Objective: To use data mining technology to study the medication rules of Professor Chen Bainan’s treatment of Lipodermatosclerosis and the relationship between drug symptoms,summarize his clinical experience and academic thoughts,and enrich the treatment system for peripheral vascular diseases.Method: Collect the information of Professor Chen Bainan’s outpatient treatment of Lipodermatosclerosis,establish a database,standardize the data in the database,and import the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform V2.3.5,SPSS Modeler 18.0 for data processing,and perform data processing on the general condition of the patient and the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.Carry out frequency analysis,cluster analysis,and association rule analysis,analyze the relationship between symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and summarize Professor Chen Bainan’s medication rules and drug-symptom relationships based on the results.Results: 1.A total of 562 medical records were included in this study,with228 patients,including 142 female patients and 86 male patients;the oldest was 85 years old,the youngest was 25 years old,and the proportion of 56-65 years old patients was the highest.2.The core medicines used by Professor Chen Bainan are Angelica sinensis,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Chuanxiong hort,Moutan cortex,Astragalus,Adenophora,Radix Scutellariae,Scutellaria baicalensis,and Atractylodes macrocephala.There are 33 commonly used Chinese medicines;the core medicines are heat-clearing medicines,blood-activating medicines;the medicine properties are mostly cold,Slightly cold,lukewarm,warm in nature;bitter,sweet,and pungent in the medicinal taste;more common in the liver,followed by the kidney,heart,spleen,and lung meridians.3.Cluster analysis divides commonly used traditional Chinese medicines into 2 categories.Category 1 has the effects of clearing heat and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and detoxification;Category2 has effects of detoxification,dispelling stagnation,strengthening vitality and promoting blood circulation.4.Analysis of drug relationship obtained 10 pairs of commonly used drugs and 8 groups of commonly used three herbs.5.The analysis of drug-symptom relationship obtained 7 groups of results.Scutellaria and Ligusticum chuanxiong are commonly used to treat edema.Scutellaria,Astragalus and Angelica are commonly used for pigmentation.Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix isatidis,Radix Scutellaria,and Angelica are commonly used for pain.Commonly used honeysuckle,coix seed,scutellaria,mulberry parasitic,dark red skin color commonly used plantain,atractylodes,scutellaria,yellow thick moss commonly used cork,solani,rehmannia,mulberry parasitic.Conclusion: 1.Professor Chen Bainan’s treatment of lipodermatosclerosis is mostly a heat-clearing medicine for clearing away heat and cooling blood and detoxification.At the same time,it is compatible with activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine,tonic medicine,promoting blood circulation and strengthening righteousness.Dampness medicine to dispel dampness evil.2.Professor Chen Bainan’s treatment of lipodermatosclerosis is divided into damp-heat betting syndrome and stasis-toxin accumulation syndrome,based on the principles of detoxification and activating blood circulation,clearing heat and dampness,while focusing on regulating qi,removing evil and strengthening the body.
