Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Suqing Yang In The Treatment Of Rosacea Based On Data Mining

Obj ective:Through the collection of clinical rosacea cases of Professor Suqing Yang,the data mining method was used to deeply analyze the medication rules of Professor Yang’s treatment of rosacea.Clinical observation of the excavated basic prescription before and after its own control,verify its effectiveness,and summarize the experience of the tutor in the treatment of this disease,in order to better guide the clinical.Methods:The rosacea cases diagnosed and treated by the tutor from January 1,2017 to December 1,2021 meeting the inclusion criteria were screened,and their general inform at ion,diagnosis,syndrome type and prescription were sorted out.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)was used to analyze the prescription data of tutor’s treatment of rosacea,and the commonly used Chinese medicine,associated medicine pair and medicine cluster were obtained.The clinical observation of 80 patients before and after the refined basic prescription was carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Finally,combined with many years of clinical experience of the tutor,summed up the experience of treating acne rose based on syndrome differentiation.Results:1.Through the analysis of 370 cases by data mining technology,the general data showed that 266 cases were female.The age of onset was mainly 18-49 years old.Among the three types of syndrome,lung-stomach heat-sheng type was the most common,171 cases in total.2.In the aspect of statistical analysis,a total of 175 TCM were involved,and the top 10 herbs with the highest frequency were bupleurum bupl eurum,licorice,rose,Lingxiao,tangerine peel,honey suckle,pinellia pinellia,sand seed,oyster and gypsum.A total of 18 kinds of TCM were involved,including clearing heat,regulating qi,tonifying deficiency,reducing phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,and relieving surface.Among them,the four qi are mainly cold,followed by warm and flat.The five tastes are mainly bitter,followed by sweet and hot.The main channel is lung,followed by liver,stomach,spleen and heart.3.In terms of association rules,the "number of support degree"was set to 128 and "confidence degree" to 0.9,and 68 medication modes such as "bupleur-Glycyrrhiza" and "Rose-Lingxiaohua" were obtained,and 51 TCM association rules such as "Lingxiaohua->rose" and "Keel->Oyster" were obtained.4.Cluster analysis shows that there are 6 core groups,such as bupleurum,licorice,rose,Lingxiao,honeysuckle,gyp sum,Zhimu and Tangerine peel.5.In terms of clinical observation,the skin shape score and subjective symptom score of patients after 56 days of treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance,and the total effective rate was 90.32%.Conclusion:1.According to the analysis of clinical experience,the pathogenesis of acne rose is the combination of external wind and dampness-heat and fire-poison in the body,which leads to imblocked qi and blood,toxin generation,blood stasis and phlegm as time goes by,easily mixed with cold and dampness.2.The treatment is to clear lung and stomach heat,cool blood and camp at the early stage.Middle clear heat and purge fire,cool blood and detoxify.Late line qi and blood circulation,soft and hard sanjie.Detoxification disperses blood stasis and reduces phlegm and swelling.In the treatment process,attention should be paid to strengthening the spleen and stomach,dispelling dampness and dispelling cold,and increasing and decreasing with the disease.3.Based on the data analysis,it is concluded that the basic prescription for clinical treatment of rose acne by my guide is composed of bupl eurum,rose,Lingxiao,honeysuckle,chrysanthemum,gypsum,rhizome,Radix rehmanniae,peony bark,red peony root,keel,oyster,pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,sand kernel and licorice.The addition and subtraction of this basic prescription is a safe and effective treatment plan for this disease.
