Research On The Compatibility Rule Of Professor Wang Dongmei In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea Based On TCM Inheritance Platform

Objective: To collect and sort out the cases of primary dysmenorrhea treated by Professor Wang Dongmei,the tutor,through the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform,using a variety of data mining methods,to carry out relevant statistical analysis,and then to explore and summarize the traditional Chinese medicine compatibility rules of the tutor in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: The PD cases treated by tutor from September 2018 to September2020 were collected,the patient information database was established,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.On this basis,the compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine in tutor’s treatment of the disease were discussed.Results: Among the 204 prescriptions of 81 patients with primary dysmenorrhea,119 drugs were used.The most frequently used drugs were warm drugs,and the most frequently used drugs were pungent drugs,which mainly belonged to liver,spleen and kidney meridians.A total of 15 kinds of drugs were used,and the most frequently used drugs were promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.According to the complex drug relationship analysis and cluster analysis,12 pairs of commonly used drug pairs and 4 groups of cluster formulas were obtained.Conclusion: Professor Wang Dongmei believes that cold coagulation blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of the disease,and the dysfunction of viscera also affects the pathogenesis.In the treatment,the tutor emphasized that Wentong pain relief was the main,the function of viscera was regulated and health care was emphasized.
