To Explore Professor Xie Jingri’s Experience In Treating Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis With The Method Of Dissipating Guidance Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform

Obj ective:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical medical record data of Professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.To summarize the medication rules and treatment methods of teachers in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:The first medical record data of 203 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatiti s who met the inclusion criteria in Professor Xie Jingri’s outpatient case system from September 2016 to September 2021 were collected and standardized.The medical record information was entered into the Microsoft Office Excel 2019 form,and the database was established and imported into the TCM Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)for statistical analysis.The basic information of the medical record,symptoms,syndrome type,drug frequency statistics,association rules between drugs and core prescriptions were obtained in sequence to form an intuitive network display diagram,or the data were exported to Excel 2019 to draw the corresponding diagram.Results:1.Among the 203 patients included in this study,130 were males and 73 were females,and there were significantly more male patients than female patients,and the age of onset of patients was mainly concentrated between 36 and 65 years old.2.This study involved a total of 75 kinds of TCM symptoms,among which the top 11 symptoms were hypochondriac pain,dry mouth,sleep poor,fatigue,white greasy moss,tooth marks tongue,bitter mouth,pulse string slippery,yellow greasy moss,distention,dark purple tongue.The main type of TCM syndrome is the syndrome of internal withdrawal of dampness and turbidity.3.The prescription of 203 cases involved 146 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,of which the first 15 flavors of high-frequency drugs were Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Curcumae Longae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Herb a Ly simachiae,Semen Cassiae,Radix Curcumae,F ructus Citri,Divine Comedy,Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Clematidis,Magnolia Officinalis,Dahurian Angelica,Malt and Hawthorn.4.The statistics of the four Qi in traditional Chinese medicine mainly include warm drugs,cold drugs and neutral drugs.Among the five tastes of Chinese medicine,bitter,pungent and sweet are used most frequently.The statistics of traditional Chinese medicine channel were mainly spleen channel,liver channel,lung channel and stomach channel.The efficacy classification of traditional Chinese medicines is the most common to supplement deficiency medicines.5.In the association rule module,3 0 groups of drug mode combinations and 5 5 groups of rule analysis combinations were obtained,of which 6 drugs were involved,which were consistent with core drugs.6.Under the module of "Cluster analysis",6 core prescriptions were obtained through the unsupervised clustering algorithm,and 5 core new prescriptions were determined after screening.Conclusion:1.For the patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis treated by Professor Xie Jingri,the main syndrome factors are spleen deficiency,liver stagnation,qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,damp heat,and blood stasis.The fundamental pathogenesis of this disease is the failure of the spleen to build up healthy and transport as well as internal stagnation of dampness and turbidity.The main pathological factors are dampness,phlegm,blood stasis and heat.2.Professor Xie Jingri’s medication in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis was mainly warm,cold,and neutral,with bitter,pungent and sweet flavors as well as meridian tropism of spleen,liver,lung and stomach.The commonly used drugs were Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Curcumae Longae,Rhizoma Atracty lodi s Macrocephalae,Herba Lysimachiae,Semen Cassiae,Radix Curcumae,Fructus Citri,Divine Comedy,Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Clematidis,Magnolia Officinalis,Dahurian Angelica,Malt and Hawthorn,of which,the first six were the core drugs for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.3.Professor Xie Jingri advocates the treatment of this disease and advocating both attack and supplementation,eliminating and not cutting,leading the way,gradually dissipating,on this basis,he proposed five methods of dissipation,that is,eliminating channeling qi,eliminating channeling phlegm,eliminating channeling blood stasis,eliminating channeling and clearing profits,and eliminating channeling and tonifying.
