Objective:To summarize Professor Zhang Sufang’ s academic experience in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease by using modern data mining technology, and to form a pediatric anorexia Tuina prescription under this guidance, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy compared with conventional Tuina prescription. Methods:The outpatient spleen and stomach disease cases personally written by Professor Zhang Sufang or recorded by the follow-up staff from 2013 to 2021 were screened,an Excel database was established, and the frequency analysis, cluster analysis, association rule analysis and complex network analysis of the cases were performed by using data mining software, and the academic experience of Professor Zhang Sufang in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease was summarized, the regularity of its composition was studied, and the dialectical prescription for anorexia in children was formed, which was compared with the conventional Tuina method.Observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric anorexia Tuina prescription under the guidance of famous and old Chinese medicine experts, analyze the advantages of famous and old Chinese medicine experience, and provide a basis for clinical application and academic research.Results:1.Through the cluster analysis of the symptoms of spleen and stomach disease, three common symptom groups were obtained:one is the spleen and stomach weakness symptom group represented by abdominal distension, diarrhea after eating, and valley failure; The second is the stagnation of appetite and stomach syndrome represented by sluggish food, vomiting and sour, and thick moss; The third is the symptom group of qi and yin deficiency represented by fatigue, salivation, night sweats, red tongue and less moss.2.Through the complex network analysis of the acupuncture points of spleen and stomach disease, three commonly used acupuncture point groups were obtained:one is the group of spleen and stomach acupuncture points represented by breaking up yin and yang, replenishing the spleen meridian, transporting the inner gossip, pinching and kneading the four horizontal lines, kneading the board door, and tonifying the kidney meridian;the second is the group of acupuncture points represented by tonifying the spleen meridian, kneading the four horizontal lines, clearing the banmen, clearing the large intestine, shunmo abdomen, and splitting the abdomen yin and yang; The third is the group of acupuncture points represented by breaking up yin and yang, replenishing the spleen meridian, pinching the four horizontal lines, tonifying the kidney meridian, and rubbing the two horses.3.Through the analysis of the correlation rules of the acupuncture points of spleen and stomach disease, the results show that spleen Yu and gastric Yu,lung meridian and spleen meridian, lung meridian and large intestine, spleen and stomach Yu and lung meridian, large intestine are often used together.4.Through the complex network analysis of anorexia acupuncture points, the core prescription of anorexia in children is obtained:breaking up yin and yang, replenishing the spleen meridian, pinching the four horizontal lines, clearing the large intestine, rubbing the spleen Yu,and rubbing the stomach Yu.5.Randomized controlled trials:(1)case completion:79 children with pediatric anorexia were included in this study:39 cases in the treatment group,1 case fell off; There were 40 cases in the control group, and 2 cases fell off;The total number of valid cases in both groups was 76.(2)Overall efficacy comparison:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%,the total effective rate of the control group was 89.47%,and the effective rate result of the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that the overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment was significantly different.(3)Comparison of symptom scores:The symptom scores of the two groups were significantly different than those before treatment, but the treatment group was better than the control group in improving loss of appetite, reduced food intake, less complexion, yellow urine and irregular stool(P<0.05).In terms of improving the symptoms of fatigue, abdominal distension and irritability, the efficacy of the two groups was comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Sufang believes that the common causes of spleen and stomach diseases are weak spleen and stomach, stagnation of appetite, and deficiency of qi and yin.2.Professor Zhang Sufang’ s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases starts from strengthening the spleen and stomach, eliminating food retardation, invigorating qi and nourishing yin, taking into account the promotion of clearing and reducing turbidity.3.Professor Zhang Sufang has three groups of commonly used acupuncture points for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, namely the spleen and stomach acupuncture points, the food and lag acupuncture points, and the qi and yin nourishing acupuncture points.4.The core prescription of pediatric anorexia obtained by data mining technology, combined with the addition and subtraction of acupuncture points commonly used in spleen and stomach diseases, the efficacy is better than that of conventional Tuina acupuncture.5.Inheriting the ideas of famous and old Chinese medicine techniques, under the guidance of the academic experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners, dialectical legislative prescription is an important way to improve the level of clinical treatment.
