Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Liu Ruifen In The Treatment Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae Based On Data Mining

Objective:To inherit the academic experience of famous old Chinese medicine,explore the prescription characteristics and medication rules of Professor Liu Ruifen in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae through data mining technology.So as to better guide the clinical practice.Methods:From September 2019 to December 2020,we collected the initial and follow-up data of patients diagnosed as sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(2-6 times).The patients treated in the outpatient department of Professor Liu Ruifen in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.With the help of "TCM inheritance auxiliary platform v2.50",the collected medical records and TCM prescriptions were statistically analyzed.The improvement of symptom and sign scores of 60 patients before and after treatment was observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.So as to summarize Professor Liu Ruifen’s medication rules and diagnosis and treatment ideas.Results:The onset age of the disease is mainly 34-37 years old.The tongue quality of the patients was mainly dark red tongue,followed by light red tongue,and the tongue coating was mainly thin white coating,followed by thin yellow coating.The pulse condition of the them was mainly string astringent pulse,followed by deep astringent pulse.The main clinical symptoms are abdominal pain,menstrual blood clots,yellow band and so on.The most commonly used drugs are tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,heat clearing drugs,etc.According to the statistics of the four Qi of drugs,the cold is the main character,the bitter taste is the main character,and the liver meridian is the main channel of drugs.The common drug pairs,core drug combinations and 4 potential new prescriptions were analyzed.The symptom and sign scores of 60 patients were significantly improved before and after treatment.And the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The total efficiency was 98.33%.Conclusions:Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform,this study excavates and analyzes Professor Liu Ruifen’s medical records and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.It is concluded that the age of the disease is 34-37 years old.We found that commonly used types of traditional Chinese medicine are tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,heat clearing drugs,etc.And the analysis points out that Professor Liu Ruifen’s medication law and treatment ideas for the treatment of the disease.It can provide reference for better inheritance of the experience of famous doctors and improvement of the clinical efficacy of the disease.
