Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Liu Ruifen In The Treatment Of Persistent Cervical Human Papillomavirus Infection Based On Data Mining

Obstrective:To explore Professor Liu Ruifen’s medication pattern in treating persistent HPV infection through the TCM heritage computing platform,to provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in TCM and to pass on the experience of famous doctors.Methods: The data of the initial and follow-up consultations of patients diagnosed with persistent cervical HPV infection in the outpatient clinic of Professor Liu Ruifen from December 2021 to January 2023 were collected and statistically analyzed with the help of the "TCM Heritage Computing Platform(V3.0)" to summarize Professor Liu Ruifen’s treatment of this disease.The data collected were statistically analysed with the help of the TCM Heritage Computing Platform(V3.0).Result:The onset age of this disease is concentrated in 30-39 years old.The frequency of common clinical symptoms from high to low is frequent leucorrhea(108 times),sticky leucorrhea(106 times),discomfort before and after menstruation(98 times),dry mouth and dry throat(90 times),etc.The tongue quality of patients is mainly red tongue(36.52%),followed by ecchymosis tongue(30.43%).The pulse condition is mainly slippery(25.22%),followed by chordal pulse(17.39%).The common clinical syndrome types are mainly heattoxic stasis syndrome(41 times),followed by liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(32 times),damp-heat downward flow syndrome(18 times)and damp-toxic accumulation syndrome(10 times).The most commonly used Chinese medicines are heatclearing drugs(especially heat-clearing and detoxicating,heat-clearing and dampnessdrying,heat-clearing and fire-purging,and heat-clearing),tonics,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,drugs for promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness,and drugs for regulating qi.The four flavors of drugs are mainly cold,followed by flat,and the five flavors are mainly bitter.The meridian tropism of drugs is mainly lung,spleen and liver meridians,and the commonly used drug combinations and three core new prescription combinations are analyzed.Conclusion:Under the treatment of Professor Liu Ruifen,the patients with persistent HPV infection in the cervix will return to normal in the third month of treatment.Professor Liu Ruifen’s commonly used traditional Chinese medicines in clinical treatment of this disease are heat-clearing drugs(especially heat-clearing and detoxicating,heat-clearing and dampness-drying,heat-clearing and fire-purging,and heat-clearing),tonic drugs,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,drugs for diuresis and dampness,and drugs for regulating qi.The three core symptom combinations obtained by symptom clustering are consistent with the common clinical syndromes(heat toxin and blood stasis syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,damp-heat betting syndrome),and three new core prescription combinations are obtained by clustering.Finally,it is pointed out that Professor Liu Ruifen believes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is the dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney,the accumulation of damp-heat and blood stasis,and the mixture of excess and deficiency.According to the length of the disease course and the patient’s physique,the strength of good and evil can be distinguished.The drug is mainly used to clear away heat and toxic materials,and at the same time,it takes into account the functions of invigorating kidney and spleen,soothing the liver and regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and treating both internal and external diseases.
