Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rule Of Professor Liu Ruifen In The Treatment Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Objective: The TCM Inheritance Computing Platform explores Professor Liu Ruifen’s medication patterns in the treatment of ovarian reserve hypofunction and provides ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in TCM,with a view to better passing on the experience of famous doctors.Methods: The data of the initial and follow-up consultations of patients diagnosed with ovarian reserve function in Professor Liu Ruifen’s outpatient clinic from September 2020 to February 2022 were collected and statistically analysed with the help of the "TCM Heritage Computing Platform(V3.0)" to summarise Professor Liu Ruifen’s medication patterns and The data were analysed with the help of the "Chinese Medicine Heritage Computing Platform(V3.0)".Results: The onset of the disease is concentrated in the age group of 31-40 years.The common clinical symptoms are,in descending order of frequency,clotted menstrual blood,low menstrual flow,insomnia,lumbago,dull red menstruation,late menstruation,etc.The patient’s tongue is predominantly dull red,followed by stasis spots and stasis spots,and the tongue coating is predominantly thin white.The pulse is mainly sunken and thin,followed by a sunken and astringent pulse.The common clinical patterns are mainly kidney deficiency and blood stasis,followed by kidney deficiency and liver depression,liver and kidney yin deficiency,and spleen and kidney deficiency.The most commonly used herbal medicines are those that tonify the deficiency(especially those that tonify the kidney and spleen,nourish the liver and kidney,and benefit the qi and nourish the blood),invigorate the blood and remove blood stasis,clear heat,and regulate the qi.The four gases of the medicine are mainly warm,followed by the flat nature,and the five tastes are mainly sweet.The drug’s meridians are mainly liver,kidney and spleen meridians,and the commonly used drug combinations and three new core formula combinations are analysed.Conclusion: The herbs commonly used by Professor Liu Ruifen in the clinical treatment of this disease are deficiency tonics(especially kidney and spleen tonics,liver and kidney tonics,and qi and blood tonics),blood-stasis activators,heat-clearing herbs,and qi-regulating herbs.The three core symptom combinations obtained after symptom clustering were consistent with the common clinical evidence types(kidney deficiency and blood stasis,liver and kidney yin deficiency,kidney deficiency and liver depression,and spleen and kidney deficiency),and the three core new formula combinations were obtained from this clustering.In the final analysis,Professor Liu Ruifen concluded that the underlying pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency of both the spleen and kidney combined with blood stasis and liver stagnation,with deficiency being the main cause.The main objective is to tonify the kidneys and strengthen the spleen,while taking into account the regulation of Qi and Blood,harmonizing the five organs and treating the disease in stages.
