Analysis On Medication Of Ruifen Liu For Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Based On Data Mining

Objective: To initially study the principle of herbs used in the TCM treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,entropy clustering,a type of data mining method,was applied to analyze the feature of clinical treatment.Method: All 60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea,126 treatments in total,are reported from outpatients in the Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during October 1,2019 to October 1,2020.These 126 prescriptions data imported into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS Ver.2.5),and were analyzed by data analysis module,which is based on algorithms of association rules,entropy clustering and modified mutua information,to explore the frequency and principle of herbs.Results: The onset age of the disease is mainly 15-21 years old,the tongue quality is mainly light white tongue,and the tongue coating is mainly thin white coating,the main pulse condition was deep late pulse.The most commonly used drugs are tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation removing blood stasis and drugs,interior-warming drug,Qi regulating drug,etc.the statistics of the four properties are mainly worm and calm,the statistics of five tastes are mainly pungent and sweet,and the meridian of drugs is mainly liver,spleen,heart and kedney meridian.The common key pairs,core combinations of drugs and four potential new prescriptions are analyzed.The symptom and sign scores of 60 patients were significantly improved before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The total effective rate was 98.33%.Conclusion: This study summarizes Dr.Liu’s Medication feature of primary dysmenorrhea via statistical analysis of TCMISS Ver.2.5.The basic pathology of primary dysmenorrhea is c qi-blood deficiency.Pathological nature of primary dysmenorrhea involves deficiency and excess,however,Clinical symptoms often occur simultaneously.Therapeutic processes can be divided into different classes.Special attention should be paid to treatment spleen and stomath,meanwhile emotional guidance.
