| Objective:This topic aims to observe and explore the mechanism and clinical efficacy of Wenjing Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of uterine deficiency-cold infertility through clinical experiments,and to provide theoretical basis and clinical effects for the application of Wenjing Decoction in clinical treatment data support.Methods:Include 60 outpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria of uterine deficiency-cold infertility,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given clomiphene citrate orally,and the experimental group was given Wenjing Decoction.Combined with clomiphene citrate orally,a course of treatment is three months,and the treatment is continued for 1-2 courses.Comparison of follicular development,endometrial thickness,maximum daily E2 level of follicles,P and LH levels in luteal phase,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment,and observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction in the treatment of uterine deficiency-cold infertility Curative effect.Results:①From the scores of TCM syndromes:Wenjing Decoction can effectively regulate menstrual cycle,improve menstrual color quality,lower abdominal pain,warmth and pressure,chills,cold extremities,low back pain,soft legs and other clinical symptoms.Experimental group It was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Look at its comprehensive clinical efficacy:the experimental group was cured in 8 cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,and effective in 2 cases,with a total effective rate of 93.34%in the control group,2 cases were cured,in markedly effective 9 cases,and effective in 3 cases,with a total effective rate of 70%,and The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③From the perspective of follicular development:the diameter of the follicles of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).④Endometrial thickness:The thickness of the endometrium of the two groups of patients during ovulation increased after treatment.The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.⑤Hormone level:After treatment,the E2 level of the largest follicle and the P level 7 days after ovulation increased in the two groups,and the LH level decreased.The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01).⑥Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate:After treatment,the ovulation rate in the experimental group was 76.67%and the pregnancy rate was 30%;in the control group,the ovulation rate was 40%and the pregnancy rate was 7%.Conclusion:The results of this study show that Wenjing Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of uterine deficiency-cold infertility,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote follicular development and endometrial growth,and improve related Hormone levels can improve the ovulation.rate and pregnancy rate of patients,and the effect is significantly better than that of oral clomiphene citrate alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
