Treatment Of Primary Hypertensive Liver With Pingtiao Granules Clinical Effect Observation Of Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome

ObjectiveParticles by observing the level joint telmisartan tablets in hypertension TCM essence of liver Yang syndrome patients clinical symptoms,gu feng 24-hour ambulatory blood ressure,blood pressure ratio and smoothness index,looking for more conducive to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the blood pressure of hypertension patients,and for level particles provide theoretical basis for the clinical application and promotion.MethodsBy June 2020-January 2021,guangdong province,the second hospital cardiovascular division outpatient and hospitalization treatment,74 cases of hypertension of liver Yang syndrone syndrome patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=37),the control group accepted telmisartan tablets 80 mg,daily a grain,patients in the control group on the basis of taking level particles,each time 1 agent,for four weeks,observe two groups of patients before and after treatment,clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome integral,blood pressure,smooth index(SI),and calculate the end of the course of gu feng ratio(T/P)and blood pressure,and objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect of level particles.Results(1)Baseline data comparison between the two groups:before treatment,gender,course of hypertension,age,BMI,previous history,personal history,clinic blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,24-hour dynamic blood pressure,blood pressure smoothing index and other aspects of the two groups of patients were statistically compared,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Clinic blood pressure:the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in experimental group and control group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the antihypertensive effect in experimental group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.01);The total effective rate of antihypertensive effect in the experimental group and the control group was 94%and 74%,respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(3)TCM syndrome score:Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome score of both experimental group and control group decreased significantly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the experimental group and the control group was 91%and 76%,respectively,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group.(4)After treatment,24HSBP,24HDBP,DSBP,DBBP,NSBP and NDBP in the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased,but the differences in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The SI values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in experimental groups were 1.27士0.04 and 1.25±0.04,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(1.23±0.04 and 1.20±0.04,P<0.01).In terms of valley peak values,the valley peak values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).(5)Safety evaluation:Before and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,electrocardiogram,ALT,AST,BUN,Cr and other safety indexes in 2 groups.ConclusionPingtiao granules combined with telmisartan tablets in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver and Yang in patients with hypertension can significantly reduce TCM syndrome score and blood pressure,improve the ratio of depressurization to peak and blood pressure smoothing index,thus making the depressurization more stable,and have a positive effect on the prevention of damage to the target organs of hypertension.
