Exploring The Medication Rules Of Calming The Liver And Suppressing Yang In The Treatment Of Hypertension With Liver Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome Based On Data Minin

Purpose:This study applies data mining technology to search and screen the literature published in China in the past decade on the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang by using the method of calming the liver and suppressing yang,mining commonly used traditional Chinese medicine information,and summarizing and discussing the laws and characteristics of drug use by contemporary physicians in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang by using the method of calming the liver and suppressing yang.Materials and methods:The search platform is CNKI,Wanfang Database,and Weibo Chinese Periodical Service Platform.The search time is a total of ten years from 2012 to 2021.It searches for literature related to the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang by the method of calming the liver and suppressing yang.Use EXCEL tables and SPSS modeler 18.0 software to conduct statistics on the collected prescription information.After analysis,mine the information on the frequency of use,drug category,four qi and five flavors,meridian tropism,drug combination,clustering new prescriptions,and other information of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.In this study,a total of 107 articles meeting the inclusion criteria were screened,107 prescriptions were obtained,involving 126 drugs,and the total frequency of drugs reached1245.The top 10 high-frequency drugs in terms of frequency of use were: Tianma(7.79%),Hook Vine(7.63%),Cassia Stone(6.43%),Skullcap(6.27%),Mulberry Parasitic(5.86%),Eucommia(5.70%),Nocturnal Vine(5.54%),Gardenia(5.38%),Motherwort(5.30%),and Sichuan Ox Knee(4.26%).2.Antispasmodic drugs,blood circulation and stasis removal drugs,and anti-liver yang drugs were the most frequently used drug categories,and the frequency of drugs accounted for20.10%,11.16% and 10.75% respectively.3.The four qi of the drug were mainly flat,cold and cool,and the frequency of the four qi accounted for 46.51%,20.72% and coolness of 20.48%,respectively.The five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,accounting for 37.98%,33.49% and 11.58% respectively.The drugs were mostly attributed to liver meridian,heart meridian and kidney meridian,accounting for 34.33%,19.12% and 15.84% respectively.4.The association rules can excavate 8 pairs of two-flavor drug combinations,namely "Tianma,Hook Vine","Du Zhong,Tianma","Hook Vine,Du Zhong","Skullcap,Tianma","Tianma,Stone Cassia","Skullcap,Stone Cassia","Tianma,Fushen","Fushen,Duzhong";5pairs of three-flavor drug combinations,namely "Skullcap,Ox Knee→ Tianma","Skullcap,Hook Vine→ Tianma","Eucommia,Tianma→ Hook Vine","Eucommia,Hook Vine→Tianma","Ox Knee,Eucommia → Tianma".5.Based on the SPSS system,three new clustering formulas can be obtained,which are Tianma Gouteng Decoction,Pinggan Qianyang Decoction and Danqi Gegen Decoction.Conclusion:1.Tianma,hook vine,stone cassia,skullcap,mulberry parasitism,eucommia,night rattan,gardenia,motherwort,Sichuan ox knee are the most commonly used drugs for the treatment of hepato-yang hyperhypertension.2.Antispasmodic drugs,blood circulation and stasis drugs,and hepato-yang drugs are the most frequently used drugs in the treatment of hypertension and hepato-yang hyperactivity.3.Flat,cold,cold,sweet,bitter,spicy,liver meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian are the main sexual tastes and menstruations in the treatment of hypertension and hepatic yang hyperactivity by the flat liver latent yang method.4.The association rules excavated that there are abundant combinations of antispasmodic drugs and anti-hepato-yang drugs in the treatment of hypertension and hepato-yang hyperactivity.5.Cluster analysis can obtain 3 new clustering formulas,which can be used as the basis for the treatment of hypertensive hepatic hyperactivity.
