Objective:1.To uncover the current situation of expected work pressure and professional self-efficacy of nursing graduates before they enter the workplace,and analyze the influencing factors.2.To explore the effect of expected work pressure on self-efficacy,and to provide evidence for intervention measures to improve the professional self-efficacy of nursing graduates.Methods:Access to training in school and hospital from April to June 2017,591 nursing graduates were investigated by using the questionnaire of Expected Work Pressure and Professional Self-efficacy before entering the workplace by convenient sampling and cross-sectional survey.SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the variance independent sample t test and multiple linear regress analysis.Results:1.The expected stress score of graduating nursing students was(2.17±0.74),which was in the middle and low level.There were significant differences in the expected work pressure among graduation college,places of original and college entrance examination volunteers(p<0.05).2.The result of the survey show that the overall score of professional self-efficacy was(3.37±0.91),which was above the middle level.There was significant different in career self-efficacy between the degree of education,place of origin,college and college entrance examination(p<0.05).3.The effect of expected work stress on career self-efficacy of graduate nursing students:The former has a significant negative effect on the latter(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.The expected work pressure graduating nursing students was on low side,and the pressure from the regular work and hospital organization and management was the greatest.The college,the place of origin and the college entrance examination are the influencing factors of expected working pressure.2.Professional self-efficacy was moderately high.The facts that influence the professional self-efficacy are the education background,the graduate college,the place of origin and the college entrance examination voluntary choice.3.The effect of expected work pressure on professional self-efficacy was obviously negative.
