Objectives:Understand undergraduate internship nursing students professional identity,professional self-efficacy and the present situation of hospital care atmosphere perception,analyze the relationship among undergraduate internship nursing students professional identity,professional self-efficacy and the present situation of hospital care atmosphere perception and explore their relationships,which can expand and consolidate the clinical nursing team and better promote the development of local medical and health undertakings.Methods:Through the convenience sampling survey method,301 undergraduate students in some Inner Mongolia university are as the research object with general data questionnaire in May2022,nursing students professional identity questionnaire,nursing students professional self-efficacy questionnaire,hospital care atmosphere perception scale as the research tool,through software SPSS23.0 descriptive analysis of data,difference analysis,correlation analysis,multiple linear gradual regression analysis and mediation effect analysis.Results:1.The average score of the professional identity questionnaire of trainee nursing students(3.44±0.99),and the dimension score was from high to low: social comparison and self-reflection(3.52±0.90),social persuasion(3.45±1.06),occupational self-concept(3.45±1.00),benefit of stay and resignation risk(3.40±1.01),and autonomy of career choice(3.36±1.04).There were significant differences in whether they liked nursing work or had escort or hospitalization experience,views on employment prospects,willingness after graduation,concern degree of family members,and school humanistic care atmosphere(P<0.05).2.The average score of the professional self-efficacy questionnaire of trainee nursing students was respectively(3.48±0.92),including professional selection(3.58±0.88),professional attitude and belief(3.55±0.93),problem solving ability(3.54±0.86),professional value(3.42±0.97),professional information collection and professional planning ability(3.42±0.92),and professional cognition(3.31±0.98).There were significant differences in whether they liked nursing work or had escort or hospitalization experience,medical work,views on employment prospects,willingness after graduation,the degree of family care and the humanistic care atmosphere of the school(P<0.05).3.The items of the perception scale of nursing students(3.92±0.98),the four sub-scale from high to low is the perception of care(3.93±0.97),the perception of care between peers(3.93±0.92),the perception of care given by teachers(3.92±1.04),and the perception of care given by other medical staff(3.87±0.95).There were significant differences in whether they liked nursing work,or had escort or hospitalization experience and whether the family was engaged in medical work,views on employment prospects,willingness after graduation,the degree of family care and the school humanistic care atmosphere(P<0.05).4.Relevant analysis results are that,except for no correlation among professional value,professional choice and career choice autonomy,professional cognition and the perception of patient care given by clinical teachers.There is a correlation between the scale as a whole and among the various dimensions at the 99% significance level.5.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis are that professional self-efficacy,perception of hospital care atmosphere and the liking of nursing work in the general information of nursing students.They are the main influencing factors of the professional identity of nursing students,which jointly explains 73.2% of the professional identity of nursing students.6.Mediation effect analysis results: hospital care atmosphere perception positively predicted occupational self-efficacy(β=0.284,P<0.001).Occupational self-efficacy positively predicted occupational identity(β=0.809,P<0.001).Hospital care atmosphere perception positively predicted occupational identity(β=0.326,P<0.001).Occupational self-efficacy played a partial intermediary role among hospital care atmosphere perception and occupational identity,and mediation effect which accounts for 70.29% of the total effect.Conclusion:1.The professional identity,professional self-efficacy and hospital caring atmosphere perception of student nursing students were above the medium level.2.Professional self-efficacy,perception of hospital caring atmosphere and The degree to which nursing students love nursing work are the main factors affecting professional identity of student nurses.3.The perception of hospital caring atmosphere of nursing students can directly affect their professional identity,or indirectly affect their professional identity through the mediating effect of professional self-efficacy. |
