Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of idea-induced rehabilitation in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia,in order to provide a more reliable treatment scheme for the clinic. Methods: 42 Patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomization, each group had 21 cases. The control group was treated with acupuncture(special needling methods such as acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation and awn needles),heat-sensitive moxibustion and Tuina, and the treatment group was treated with idea induced rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.Scores of scales such as the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the Modified Barthel Index(MBI),the Carr-shepherd Motion Scale(MAS)were recorded before treatment,15 days after treatment and 30 days after treatment, respectively, the SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results:Through repeated measurement variance analysis, there was an interaction effect between the NIHSS,the MAS and the MBI scale with factors of grouping and time(P< 0.05),and there was a significant time effect at different time periods before and after treatment(P < 0.01).That is to say,the NIHSS scores of the two groups showed a different change trend with treatment time. With the extension of treatment time, the score showed a downward trend, while the MAS and the MBI scale scores of the two groups showed a different change trend with treatment time.Intra-group comparison showed that the NIHSS scores after treatment was significant lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01),while the MAS scores and theBarthel index scores were higher significantly(P < 0.01).The paired samples t test to compare between two groups, after 15 days of treatment, there were differences between the NIHSS and the MBI scores in statistics(P < 0.05),while the MAS scores were significant difference(P < 0.01).After 30 days of treatment, there were significant difference between the NIHSS,the MAS and the MBI scores in statistics, indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at all stages of treatment.According to the rank-sum test, the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.48%,of which the apparent effective rate was 61.90%,the effective rate was28.57% and the ineffective rate was 9.52%.The total effective rate of the control group was 80.95%,of which the apparent efficiency of the control group was 28.57%,the effective rate was 52.38% and the inefficiency was 19.05%,there are differences between them through statistical analysis(P < 0.05).Conclusion: both acupuncture and moxibustion massage and the idea-induced rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion massage can improve the neurological defect of patients, speed up the recovery of the limb movement ability of the hemiplegic side, improve the self-care ability of daily life, and optimize the quality of life;and the overall effect of idea-induced rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion massage is better than that of acupuncture and moxibustion massage alone, which indicates that the induction of the mind has a great influence on the rehabilitation of the patient’s own diseases and is worthy of clinical application.
