Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy and common acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction,so as to explore a better treatment scheme for the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: According to the principle of random control,42 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group and control group, with 21 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were given conventional basic treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy, the control group was treated with common acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy for 30 days respectively. The neurological impairment,ADL and motor function of the two groups of patients were assessed by the Clinical nerve function defect score(NDS),the modified Barthel index score(MBI)and the simplified fugl-meyer motor function score(FMA)on the day of enrollment and 30 days after treatment.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.NDS,FMA and MBI scores were expressed as x ± s,paired sample t test was used for intra-group comparison, and independent sample t test was used for inter-group comparison. The counting data is represented by n%,and chi-square test is used. The rank data is tested by the rank sum.Results:(1)the NDS score,MBI score and upper and lower limb FMA score of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed by paired sample t-test,and the differences were significant(the NDS score,MBI score and upper and lower limb FMA score before and after treatment were all p < 0.01).(2)after treatment, the NDS score of patients with cerebral infarction in the two groups decreased, and the difference was significant(p< 0.01).After treatment, the MBI score and FMA score of upper and lower limbs of the two groups increased, and statistically significant differences were found between the two groups(p < 0.01).(3)comparison of efficacy of life ability after treatment in two groups of patients with cerebral infarction, and analysis of rank-sum test between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(z=-2.241,p < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy and common acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy have good clinical effects on cerebral infarction;(2)acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy can effectively restore the patient’s clinical nerve function and improve the patient’s ability of daily life and exercise, which is obviously better than that of common acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy.
