| Research Purpose:A questionnaire survey of inter-professional collaboration was conducted among ICU nurses of a tertiary-grade hospital in Zhejiang Province to understand the status of inter-professional collaboration in the hospital,and analyze its influencing factors,hoping to provide a reference for ICU nurses to better participate in interprofessional collaboration.Research Methods:Use inclusion and exclusion criteria,Select 240 ICU nurses from Run Run Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to June 2020 to investigation.General information questionnaire,the Chinese Inter-Professional Collaboration Scale(AITCS)which was simplified,Work Involvement Scale,and Occupational Identity Rating Scale for ICU nurses’general social demographic data,inter-professional team cooperation status,and work engagement status And the occupational identity status is measured.The data was analysed using Excel and SPSS to analyze the influencing factors of inter-professional team cooperation among ICU nurses.Research Results:1、The overall situation of inter-professional collaboration among nurses in the intensive care unit is relatively good.The total score of interprogessional collaboration of nurses in ICU 92(P25=88,P75=95).The scores of each dimension were coordination level 28(P25=26,P75=29),cooperation 32(P25=31,P75=33),partnership 32(P25=31,P75=33).2、The concentration and devotion of nurses in the intensive care unit is at a moderate level.As a whole,the score of Utrecht of nurses in ICU(49.07±17.19).Score for each scale of the questionnaire were:energy(19.89±7.06),offer as a tribute(13.58±4.51),focus(15.60±6.40).The inferior accounted for 17.5%,62.08%in the medium,and the higher occupied 20.4%.3、Intensive care nurses’ recognition of their own occupations in clinical work is at a moderately high level.Total score of occupational identity of nurses in ICU(111.28±14.87).The scores of each dimension were professional cognition evaluation(32.86±5.06),job occupation social interaction skills(22.73±2.92),Occupational support(21.69±3.50),coping with professional setbacks(22.54±2.94),professional self-reflection(11.45±1.54).4、According to the general demographic data to nurses of ICU with interprofessional collaboration of the single factor analysis,job title,marital status,have children or not,interest in career,awareness of career prospects,inter-professional team cooperation willingness,their interprofessional collaboration score was statistically difference(P<0.05).The inter-professional teamwork of ICU nurses with high professional titles,unmarried,and no children is better than that of ICU nurses with low professional titles,married,and children;the more ICU nurses are interested in their own careers,the more they think their career development prospects are better and have better willingness of inter-professional team cooperation,the better the situation of inter-professional collaboration.5、Relevant analysis showed that:(1)This research analyzed the correlation between interprofessional collaboration and work engagement of nurses in ICU.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between interprofessional collaboration,vitality,dedication,and focus(P<0.01).(2)This study analyzed the correlation between interprofessional collaboration and occupational identity of nurses in ICU.The results showed that interprofessional collaboration and professional identity are all significantly correlated(P<0.01).6、Results of multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis:three variables including the work engagement,occupational identity,inter-professional team cooperation willingness were entered into the regression model.After transfer,R2=0.248.The standardized regression coefficients from high to low are work engagement,inter-professional team cooperation willingness,occupational identity.It can be seen that the higher the degree of ICU nurses’ work involvement,the better their sense of professional identity,the higher their willingness to cooperate in inter-professional teams,and the better their inter-professional collaboration.Research Conclusion:The inter-professional collaboration of ICU nurses is generally good.The influencing factors of inter-professional team cooperation of ICU nurses are:inter-professional team cooperation willingness,work engagement level,and professional identity level.Nursing managers can strengthen the construction of the ICU nursing environment and take a series of measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of ICU nurses,increase their level of work engagement and professional identity,so as to improve the current situation of ICU cross-transfer team cooperation and improve the quality of care. |
