Objective:Hyper tension levator ani syndrome is one of the categories of levator ani syndrome.Biofeedback therapy is currently recognized treatment method, which has been recommended for this disease by The American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society and the European Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility, but the compliance of patients is poor, the course of treatment is long, and the recurrence rate is high.On the other hand, modern medicine believes that surgical therapy has a quick effect and a low recurrence rate, but it has some damage to anal function. Therefore, based on anorectal manometry, this paper studies the comparison of the clinical efficacy of Chen’s Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM)thread-drawing technique of Minpai and biofeedback therapy in the treatment of hyper tension levator ani syndrome. In order to find a more practical, safe and effective treatment for the treatment of this disease, alleviate the pain symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life. Methods:Forty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the anorectal department of our hospital from May 2020 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=20)according to the proportion of 1:1.The treatment group was treated with Chen’s TCM thread-drawing technique of Minpai, and the control group was treated with biofeedback therapy.Observe the scores of Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and the indexes of anorectal dynamics, compare the changes of each index before and after treatment, make statistical analysis, and draw a conclusion.Results:(1)In this study, there were a total of 38 patients who finally completed the study with complete research data, and 2 cases fell off,all of which dropped out of the trial. There was no statistical difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.(2)Clinical efficacy: the effective rates were 90% for the treatment group, and 72.22%for the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.(3)VAS score: there were statistical differences between the two groups before treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05),both groups were effective. There was statistical difference between 1month after treatment and 3 months after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(4)The indexes of anorectal dynamics: there were statistical differences in anal resting pressure between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),both groups were effective. Also, there were statistical differences between the two groups 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. In terms of maximum anal systolic pressure, average anal systolic pressure and functional length of sphincter, there were statistical differences in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there were no statistical differences in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between the two groups 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).(5)Recurrence: the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 5.56%,while that in the control group was 46.15%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in long-term control.Conclusion:1.Based on the study of anorectal manometry,it is found that Chen’s TCM thread-drawing technique of Minpai has a better clinical effect in the treatment of hyper tension levator ani syndrome.Compared with biofeedback therapy,it has the advantages of quick effect and low recurrence rate, and can obviously relieve the hypertension state of patients, reduce pain and improve the quality of life.2.Chen’s TCM thread-drawing technique of Minpai is a clinically effective, safe and stable treatment method, which is worth further popularizing in clinic.
