Clinical Observation Of Qizhuhaishen Decoction In Treating Spleen-stomach Qi Deficiency Hp-related Duodenal Ulcer

ObjectiveBy observing the treatment of Qizhuhaishen decoction in the treatment of Hp-related duodenal ulcer of spleen-stomach qi deficiency,the TCM symptoms of patients before and after treatment,Ulcer healing under gastroscope and the eradication rate of Hp infection,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qizhuhaishen decoction in the treatment of Hp-related duodenal ulcer of spleen-stomach qi deficiency,and to explore its mechanism of action.MethodsUsing a randomized control method,72 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group of 36 cases and a control group of 36 cases.Control group: Pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets 40mg/time in the first 2weeks,bismuth potassium citrate granules 2g/time before breakfast and dinner,half an hour before breakfast and bedtime,amoxicillin capsule 1g/time,half after breakfast and dinner,metronidazole tablets 0.4g/time,half an hour after breakfast,lunch and dinner,and after 2weeks,change to oral pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets once,before breakfast.Observation group:On the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,oral intake of Chinese medicine decoction "Qizhuhaishen Decoction",1 dose a day,2 times a day oral treatment.The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Observation of Hp eradication,gastroscopic signs,TCM syndrome score changes before and after treatment to evaluate its effectiveness.Blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.were used as safety indicators,and combined with adverse reactions to evaluate its safety.Results1.A total of 72 cases were included in this study,3 were eliminated,and 69 cases were finally successfully collected,including 35 in the control group and 34 in the observation group.2.Before treatment,the two groups had no statistically significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,Hp infection,gastroscopy stage,ulcer size,and TCM syndrome scores,and they were comparable.3.Comparison of the efficacy of gastroscopy: The difference in the distribution of the efficacy of gastroscopy between the two groups was statistically significant.4.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: the clinical cure rate of the control group is 28.57%,the marked rate is 31.43%,the effective rate is 20%,and the inefficiency is20%;the clinical cure rate of the observation group is 44.12%,the marked rate is 35.29%,and the effective rate is 20.59%.In the observation group the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is higher.5.Comparison of Hp eradication: The eradication rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group in the Hp eradication of the two groups.Conclusion1.Qizhuhaishen decoction treats Hp-related duodenal ulcers of spleen-stomach qi deficiency,which can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of DU patients,improve the quality of DU healing,increase the eradication rate of Hp infection,and have a better curative effect.2.Qizhuhaishen decoction has not been found to have obvious adverse reactions and has good safety.
