| Objective:1.To observe the different types of blood pressure rhythm in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and hypertension.2.To observe the characteristics of coronary artery lesions of various blood pressure rhythm types in patients with CHD and hypertension.3.To analyse the correlation between coronary artery disease(CAD)and the types of blood pressure rhythm in patients with CHD and hypertension.Methods:150 hypertensive patients with suspected coronary heart disease were selected to improve the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)and coronary angiography(CAG).Record the patient’s general information, relevant laboratory tests and the results of ABPM and CAG.All patients were divided into dipper type group,non-dipper type group, deep dipper type group, and reverse dipper type group according to the nocturnal blood pressure drop rate.Gensini score method was used to evaluate the degree of coronary artery disease in each group.SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis to analyze the relationship between blood pressure rhythm and coronary artery disease.Results:1.The non-dipper rhythm is more common in patients with CHD.2.The difference of the number of diseased branches in each group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The proportion of single-vessel disease is higher in the dipper group,double-vessel disease is more common in the non-dipper group, and the multi-vessel disease is the main in the anti-dipper group, the deep dipper group is not statistically significant due to too few cases.3.The Gensini scores among the four groups is different(P<0.01).The difference between the anti-dipper group and the dipper group, the difference between the anti-dipper group and the non-dipper group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the other groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The different type of blood pressure circadian rhythm is correlated with the degree of CAD.Coronary artery stenosis is more severe in patients with reverse dipper type, and the main disease is multi-vessel disease. |
