| This article consists of two parts.The first part investigates the dyslipidemia of type 2 diabetes and analyze the distribution of different types of dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes patients;on the basis of this research,the second part explores the prescription rules of Professor Song Ping in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertriglyceridemia through data mining.The main points of the second part are as follows:Objective: To use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform to summarize the medication rules of Professor Song Ping in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertriglyceridemia,with a view to clinical reference.Method: Collect the patient’s gender,age,laboratory test,prescription and other data that meet the diagnosis and discharge standards,enter it into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform for data processing,and output the four qi,five flavors,meridian,high-frequency drugs and commonly used combinations.Analyze the prescription rules and characteristics,and analyze the clinical significance of the new prescriptions through entropy clustering,and display them in the form of graphs and tables.Results:(1)The four qi and five flavors and drug return to the meridian:cold drugs are the most common for the four qi,followed by mild and flat drugs;the five flavors are the most sweet drugs,followed by bitter and pungent drugs;the liver meridian drugs are the most common,followed by the lung meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,stomach meridian and kidney meridian drugs.(2)High-frequency drugs: Mainly replenishing qi,nourishing yin,clearing heat,removing dampness,promoting blood circulation,etc.Representative drugs include Polygonatum,Trichosanthes,Polygonatum,Schisandra,Atractylodes,Salvia,Gynostemma,Polygonum cuspidatum,Shepherd’s purse flower.(3)Commonly used combinations: Polygonatum Odoratum-Rhizoma Polygonatum,Rhizoma Polygonatum-Atractylodes Rhizome,Polygonatum-Rhizoma Polygonatum-Schisandra,Pueraria lobata-Rhizoma Polygonatum,Rhizoma Trichosanthes-Rhizoma Rehmanniae,Atractylodes Rhizome-Schisandra,Danshen-Poria,Atractylodes Rhizome-Poria.(4)Entropy clustering new recipe: A Inula_White flower Oldenlandia diffusa_White and white grass root_Shepherd’s purse flower,B Anemarrhena_magnet_green peel_Phellodendron chinensis_Plant,C Fructus aurantium_Laisin_thick Park_zhuru_chenpi_pinellia,D golden cherry seed_honeysuckle_cicada slough_mulberry white skin,E trumpet creeper_digu skin_white fresh skin_kochia scoparia_sapphire,F raw rehmannia_polygonatum_Trichosanthin_Atractylodes_yam_cassia_Polygala_Notoginseng_Albizia_turmeric_Shouwu Vine.Conclusion: Through data mining and analysis of Professor Song Ping’s medication rule for type 2 diabetes with hypertriglyceridemia,it is concluded that the core pathogenesis of this disease is "deficiency of both qi and yin,damp-heat and stasis",and clinical medication is based on sweetness.Cold is mainly used to clear away heat,and sweet to nourish yin.Appropriately add products for warming meridian blood vessels to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.From the perspective of return meridian,the liver meridians,lung meridians,and spleen meridians are the most.The emphasis is on regulating the upper,middle and lower three-joule qi machine of the whole body,and the qi machine is unobstructed without accumulating dampness and producing phlegm.Commonly used drugs and drug combinations are mainly based on replenishing qi and nourishing yin,clearing heat and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which are in line with the basic pathogenesis of deficiency of both qi and yin and damp heat and stasis.Through entropy cluster analysis,the new prescription is worthy of reference for the treatment of the main pathogenesis of damp heat and blood stasis combined with other symptoms. |
