| Objective:Clinical data of 40 asthmatic bronchitis(Heat Asthma Syndrome)children which induced by MP infection were retrospectively studied,under the guidance of study based on the method of “dredging collaterals and relieving asthma”,Discuss the clinical efficacy of Addition and Subtraction of maxingshigan to treat children with asthmatic bronchitis(Heat Asthma Syndrome)induced by MP infection.Provide more Chinese Medicine evidence support and research direction to treat asthmatic bronchitis in children by this method.Methods:Using a retrospective study,the hospitalization data of 40 children were collected who was admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to September 2020,and conforms to the western medicine asthmatic bronchitis,mycoplasma infection and Chinese medicine Heat Asthma Syndrome diagnosis standards.According to clinical medication,the patients were divided into the Chinese Medicine group(Addition and Subtraction of maxingshigan)20 cases and Positive drug control group(procatacol hydrochloride)20cases.Observe the total symptom score,wheezing relief time,hospitalization days,recurrence times,blood routine,CRP,etc.of the two groups of children before and after treatment,and evaluate its efficacy Statistical software.Use statistical software SPSS23.0 for data statistical analysis.Results:1.The statistical results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the gender,age,height,weight,pre-treatment wheezing degree,primary syndrome and secondary symptom score,WBC,PLT,and CRP between the two groups of children before treatment(P>0.05).The baseline is consistent and comparable.2.After treatment,the total score difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods can improve the symptoms of cough and asthma in children.There was equivalence between the groups;3.After treatment,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05),the cure rate of the Chinese medicine group was 25%,and the cure rate of the control group was 20%,and the effective rates were both 100%,indicating that there is no significant difference in treatment between the two groups,and both are effective;4.After treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in improving the degree of wheezing(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups are equivalent;5.After treatment,the comparison of WBC,CRP,PLT values between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups are equivalent;6.There was no significant difference in the disappearance time of wheezing between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups are equivalent;7.There was no significant difference in the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups are equivalent;8.There was no significant difference in the total cost of patients between the two groups during hospitalization(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the cost of treatment between the two groups.9.After treatment,the number of wheezing recurrences of children in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group within 1 year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the number of wheezing recurrences in the Chinese medicine group was significantly less than that of the control group.Conclusion: The Addition and Subtraction of maxingshigan can effectively improve the symptoms of wheezing in children,improve the degree of wheezing,the recovery rate is 25%,it can reduce inflammation indicators,shorten the wheezing time,and reduce the number of recurrences of wheezing after discharge.There was no significant difference in treatment cost between the two groups.Among them,the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than the control group treated by Western medicine in reducing the number of recurrences of wheezing after discharge from the hospital,indicating that Addition and Subtraction of maxingshigan based on "dredging collaterals and relieving asthma" method is effective for children with wheezing episode induced by MP infection,especially in improving the number of recurrences of wheezing after discharge from the hospital,which can effectively reduce the prolonged and repeated attacks of wheezing. |
