Study On The Medication Regularity Of Professor Jiang Deyou In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:By sorting out the medical records of outpatients,using the method of data mining,this thesis describes the treatment of type 2 Diabetes of Professor Jiang Deyou’s medication,and summarizes his medication compatibility rules and clinical experience in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,so as to provide reference for the treatment of type 2 diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The outpatients of Guoyitang,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2015 to June 2020 were collected,and the qualified cases were further selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Excel 2010 was used to establish the original data of the information of qualified cases and conduct frequency analysis;SPSS statistical 25.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 were used for cluster analysis and association analysis of high-frequency drugs,respectively.Results:1.156 patients with type 2 diabetes were included in this study,including 87 male patients and 69 female patients,accounting for 55.77%and 44.23%,respectively.Three age groups were involved:31-40,41-50 and 50-51;The frequency(proportion)is 28(17.95%),48(30.77%)and 80(5 1.28%),respectively.2.The number of patients with phlegm heat syndrome(3 9 cases)and blood stasis syndrome(32 cases)ranked in the top two,which account for 25.00%、20.51%,respectively.3.A total of 87 drugs were involved in 156 prescriptions,and the total drug frequency was 1831 times.In descending order of frequency(from 87.32%to 32.05%),the most commonly used 10 drugs were Selaginella,Pueraria,Poria cocos,Ginkgo biloba,licorice,yam,Amomum villosum,astragalus,Coptis chinensis and Salvia miltiorrhiza from high to low.There were four high-frequency drugs(>50%),namely Selaginella,Pueraria,Poria cocos and Ginkgo biloba.4.In this study,the use frequency of tonifying deficiency drugs was the highest(23.81%),followed by Huoxue Huayu drugs(21.14%),and Qingre drugs(9.99%)ranked the third.In the four Qi,the use frequency of mild drugs was the highest,followed by warm drugs and cold drugs,with the use frequency of 32.82%,29.66%and 25.56%respectively.Among the five flavors,sweet medicine was the most frequently used,accounting for 35.00%;bitter medicine and pungent medicine also accounted for a large proportion,ranking second and third,accounting for 25.64%and 23.62%respectively.According to the descending order,the top six channels were spleen channel,lung channel,liver channel,heart channel,stomach channel and kidney channel.5.According to the results of association rules and cluster analysis,it can be concluded that Jiang Deyou’s commonly used drug pairs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes are Selaginella,Pueraria,Zhuru,Fructus aurantii,gypsum,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Achyranthes bidentata,Phellodendron amurense,Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra chinensis,lotus seed,coix seed,yam,Amomum villosum,Astragalus membranaceus,Lycium barbarum;drug combinations are Shenqu,malt,Jineijin,bupleurum,Paeoniae Alba,Fructus aurantii,Panax notoginse Safflower,Salvia miltiorrhiza,hawthorn,Rehmannia glutinosa,Cortex Moutan,Alisma orientalis,Cornus officinalis.Conclusion:1.Selaginella,Pueraria lobata,Poria cocos,Ginkgo biloba,licorice,yam,Amomum villosum,Astragalus membranaceus,Coptis chinensis and Salvia miltiorrhiza are the main drugs for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus;2.Tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs and heat clearing drugs are the main drugs of Professor Jiang Deyou in treating type 2 diabetes.The main categories of Professor Jiang Deyou’s medication are:mild drugs,warm drugs and cold drugs;sweet drugs,bitter drugs and pungent drugs;spleen channels,lung channels,liver channels,heart channels,stomach channels and kidney channels.3.Professor Jiang Deyou attaches importance to the "three factors"in clinical practice.The main etiology and pathogenesis are phlegm heat accumulation,qi stagnation and blood stasis,spleen and kidney deficiency.The main treatment methods are clearing away heat and resolving phlegm,nourishing yin and generating fluid,regulating qi and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis.We should pay attention to the spleen and kidney,treat the disease and seek the root cause.
