Clinical Study On Diyu’anfu Decoction In The Treatment Of Children’s Abdominal Allergic Purpura(Blood-Heat Abruption,Stasis Of Gastrointestinal Syndrome)

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Diyu’anfu decoction in the treatment of children’s abdominal allergic purpura(abdominal blood heat,gastrointestinal stagnation syndrome).Methods:From September 2018 to September 2020,the children with abdominal allergic purpura were first diagnosed in the pediatric department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the ward,and combined with the requirements of the legal guardian of the children and the children’s own willingness to take medications.The study was divided into 30 cases in the study group and 29 cases in the control group.Control group: combination of hormones,gastrointestinal mucosa protection,acid suppression,and anti-infection.Study group: Diyu’anfu decoction was taken orally on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Compare the total syndrome scores and individual scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,purpura color,purpura distribution,vomiting,nausea,polydipsia,and drowning between the two groups before and after treatment;occult blood in stool and intestinal wall thickness after treatment in the two groups;close observation during treatment And record adverse reactions.Result:1.The total scores of syndromes and individual syndromes scores of the study group and the control group after treatment were less than those before the treatment(P<0.05),but the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Both the study group and the control group can improve stool occult blood and restore intestinal wall thickness after treatment(P<0.05),but the study group is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The total effective rates of the study group and the control group after treatment were 92.86% and 78.57%,respectively.The study group was better than the control group(P=0.002<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.4.During the treatment,the child had no kidney damage and no adverse reactions.In Conclusion:1.Diyu’anfu decoction in the treatment of children with abdominal allergic purpura(abdominal blood heat,gastrointestinal stagnation syndrome)can significantly improve abdominal pain,abdominal distension,purpura color,purpura distribution,vomiting,nausea,polydipsia,drowning and other traditional Chinese medicine Syndromes;2.Diyu’anfu decoction can effectively improve stool occult blood and restore intestinal wall thickness;3.Diyu’anfu decoction can improve the total clinical effectiveness.
