Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of Chondromalacia patella(CMP),explore its possible mechanism of action, and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of Chondromalacia patella. Methods:Selected patients with patella malacia from January 2020 to January2021 who were in the Outpatient Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria, and 105 cases of CMP patients were randomly divided into A by the random number table method.Group A was given electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, group B was given electroacupuncture alone, and group C was given extracorporeal shock wave therapy alone. After electroacupuncture treatment, one day rest for the next treatment, and extracorporeal shock wave treatment every time. The treatment was performed once a week, and the next treatment was performed every 6 days. Each group was treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment, with a total of2 courses of treatment. The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score, knee joint function(WOMAC)score, and changes in total effective rate before and after treatment were compared among the three groups of patients, and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.This study finally collected 100 test subjects.Group A included 35 patients,of which 1 case was dropped, and 1 case was eliminated;group B included 35 patients and 2 cases were dropped;group C included 35 patients and 1 case was eliminated, and finally group A Include 33 cases for statistical analysis,33 cases in group B and 34 cases in group C.2.After the treatment, the effective rates of the three groups were compared,97% in group A,82% in group B,and 88% in group C.The curative effect of group A was significantly better than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of group A was lower than that of groups B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)).4.After the treatment, the pain score, daily activity difficulty score and total score of the three groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores and total scores of group A were lower than those of group B In group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The combined treatment of electroacupuncture and extracorporeal shock wave has better curative effect, and the function improvement and pain reduction are better than simple electroacupuncture and extracorporeal shock wave therapy.2.Electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave can relieve pain, improve knee joint function, and improve knee joint mobility.
