Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Sepsis With Cardiac Insufficiency

Objective:Through observing the effect of Chinese medicine decoction of replenishing qi,activating blood and detoxification on the cardiac function of patients with sepsis(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)cardiac insufficiency,To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the method in treating patients with(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)sepsis cardiac insufficiency.Providing a new TCM treatment plan for patients who with sepsis cardiac insufficiency.Methods:According to the subject’s inclusion criteria,we collected 60 patients who being in ICU of The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018-02 to 2021-02.The 60 patients were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,30 cases in each group,by the method of random number table.Patients in the control group were given anti-infection,respiratory support,nutritional support and other comprehensive Western medicine treatments according to the sepsis treatment guidelines.Patients in the test group not only treated with the Western medical routine treatment but also treated with Chinese medicine decoction of replenishing Qi activating blood and detoxification for 7 days.Patients’ heart function related indexes(NT-proBNP,LVEF,CO,E/A)and the SOFA,APACHE Ⅱ,TCM syndrome score and the ICU hospital stays were recorded before enrollment and the 14th day after enrollment.Results:1.After treatment,the LVEF,CO,and E/A values of the two groups of patients’ heart function were significantly higher than before treatment,and the NT-proBNP value was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the SOFA score,APACHE Ⅱ score,and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The time of staying in ICU of the test group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the AST,ALT and SCr values of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The Chinese medicine decoction of replenishing qi,activating blood and detoxification can improve the heart function indexes of patients with sepsis(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)cardiac insufficiency.2.The Chinese medicine decoction of replenishing qi,activating blood and detoxification can reduce the SOFA,APACHE-II and TCM syndrome score of patients with sepsis(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)cardiac insufficiency.3.The Chinese medicine decoction of replenishing qi,activating blood and detoxification can reduce times of staying in ICU who with sepsis(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and cardiac insufficiency.4.The Chinese medicine decoction of replenishing qi,promoting blood circulation and detoxification is safe,and no obvious adverse events occurred.
