Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Acute Deficiency Sepsis And Its Effect On Immune Function By Qi And Blood Detoxification

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Rejuvenating Decoction genera-ted by the Replenishing Qi Activating Blood Detoxification Method in the treatment of patients with acute hypochonemia,and comparing the changes in the immune function of patients before and after diagnosis and treatment,this paper provides a more meaningful TCM scheme for patients with clinical sepsis immune dysfunction.Methods:The 68 patients in accordance with the immune dysfunction(acute deficiency type)patients in accordance with purulent poison were randomly divided into experimental groups(34 cases)and control groups(34 cases).There were 32 cases after falling off the experimental group,including 20 males and 12 females,Average age 45.91±14.06;33 cases in the control group,18 males,15 cases of females,average age 50.24±12.17.The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment in accordance with the International Guidelines for Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock(2021);On the basis of the control group,the experimental group added Yiqi Rejuvenating Decoction;The course of treatment was 7 days in both groups.The changes of lactic acid(LAC),neutrophil/albumin ratio(NAR),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),SOFA,APACHEII.,and TCM syndrome scores on the 3rd and 7th days before and after treatment were observed,and finally the efficacy and safety indexes were evaluated.Results:1.After treatment,the PCT,CRP,Lac,NAR,SOFA,APACHEII.,and TCM syndrome scores improved in both groups on the 3rd days compared with those before treatment by intra-group comparison,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.05);and the PCT,CRP,Lac,NAR,SOFA,APACHEII.,and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved in both groups on the 7th days compared with those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.01).The changes in PCT,CRP,Lac,NAR,SOFA,APACHEII.,and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved in both groups on the 7th days compared with the 3rd days,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.05).2.After treatment,the PCT,CRP,Lac,NAR,SOFA,APACHEII.scores of the experimental group on the 3rd and 7th days were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.05).3.The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 90.6% and 78.8%,respectively,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The length of ICU stay in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The safety of Yiqi rejuvenating decoction in the experimental group was good,and no obvious adverse events occurred.Conclusions:1.The Yiqi rejuvenation decoction developed according to the method of Replenishing Qi Activating Blood Detoxification can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with sepsis(acute deficiency type)immune dysfunction.2.The Yiqi rejuvenation decoction can reduce the SOFA score,APACHE-II score and TCM syndrome score in patients with sepsis(acute deficiency type)immune dysfunction,and the overall efficacy is better than that of Western medicine alone,and the prognosis is significantly improved.3.The Yiqi rejuvenation decoction can shorten the ICU stay time of patients with sepsis(acute deficiency type)immune dysfunction.
