Medication Rule Of Professor Liu Jianqiu In Treating Cough Variant Asthma Based On Data Mining

Objective:Using data mining technology to analyze the core prescription and common drug pairs of Professor Liu Jianqiu in the treatment of cough variant asthma,summarize the clinical experience of Professor Liu in the treatment of cough variant asthma,and provide a useful reference for the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:The original data were collected : from September 2020 to January 2021,the clinical data of patients with cough variant asthma(gender,age,symptoms,tongue and pulse,first diagnosis prescription)who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were input into WPS Excel 2019.Data preprocessing : The original data of 103 patients were standardized,and then entered into WPS Excel 2019 for preprocessing and preservation.DATA EXPLORATION:Use SPSS25.0 and Liquorice software to perform correlation analysis and complex network analysis on the obtained prescription data.Results:103 first visit records of 103 patients.There were 61 females and 42 males,accounting for 59% and 41%,respectively.The patients aged18-72 years old and 40-60 years old were the most concentrated,accounting for 51.5%.In addition to cough symptoms,the proportion of concurrent syndromes was as follows : insomnia(13.475%),irritability(10.638 %),dry mouth(9.929%),cold(8.511%),fear of cold(7.092%),irritability(5.674%),sneezing(4.965%),fatigue(4.965%),runny nose(4.255%),cold limbs(3.546%),dry stool(3.546%),epigastric discomfort(2.837%),poor appetite(2.837%),loose stool(2.837%),pharyngeal discomfort(2.128%),bitter mouth(2.128%),runny nose(1.418%),chest tightness(1.418%),stomach discomfort(1.418%),chest tightness(1.418%),throat discomfort(1.418%),epigastric pain(0.709%).The core prescription derived from the Data Mining:the core prescription of wind-dryness injury syndrome: Qing Pinellia,cicada slough,platycodon,bitter almond,northern adenophora,burdock seed,perilla leaf,loquat leaf,tangerine peel,honeysuckle,and licorice.The core prescriptions for phlegm and lung-heat syndrome: Qing Pinellia,Platycodon grandiflorum,bitter almond,roasted licorice,celandine,Poria cocos,Trichosanthis,tangerine peel,Bupleurum,loquat leaf,cicada slough,skullcap,Zhejiang fritillary.The core of Yang deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome: Zhigancao,Taizishen,Dilong,Qing Pinellia,Bupleurum,Platycodon,Bitter Almond,Tangerine Peel,Poria,Schisandra,Baiqian,Ephedra Root,Astragalus,Chuanxiong.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Jianqiu medication ideas : phlegm-based,lung and spleen with treatment;Treat from wind,lung and liver;Protecting healthy qi,strengthening healthy qi and eliminating evil.2.Liu Jianqiu flexible use of multiple drug pairs and key drugs,combined with symptomatic treatment.3.Screening the core drugs of wind-dry lung injury syndrome,latent phlegm and lung heat syndrome and yang deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome to treat CVA.
