| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the medical profession has made great progress,and the medical environment has also been significantly improved,but the doctor-patient relationship is not optimistic.According to the data of White Paper on the Profession of Chinese Physicians published by the Chinese Medical Association,most doctors have had medical disputes to varying degrees.As the frequent occurrence of doctor-patient disputes makes the doctor-patient relationship become increasingly tense,the working environment of medical staff is not optimistic.Not only does it frustrate the medical staff’s self-interest,but also damages the routine of the hospital.Therefore,a good doctor-patient relationship is very important for social harmony,hospital development and patients’ medical treatment.Nanchong Z hospital is the pioneer hospital in the pilot reform of public hospitals in Sichuan Province.The exploration of the doctor-patient relationship in Nanchong Z hospital will help to study the changes and trends of the doctor-patient relationship in recent years,which also contribute to the good development of Nanchong public hospital reform in the future.Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is not only the concern of both doctors and patients,but also the focus of people from all walks of life,which is particularly vital for future medical plan and development.The doctor-patient relationship of Nanchong Z hospital is still in the stage of exploration and development,as a result,there are still quantities of places to be improved,which need to be solved urgently.Combined with the general situation of China’s medical industry,this paper explores and studies the doctor-patient relationship in Nanchong Z hospital.Based on the theory of information asymmetry and hierarchy of needs,this paper uses the method of literature research and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of the doctor-patient relationship and the main factors causing the tension of the doctor-patient relationship.From the aspects of doctors,patients and system,the corresponding preventive and solving measures are put forward.The results of this study show that: Nanchong Z hospital doctor-patient relationship at present,the main problems are the frequent occurrence of doctor-patient disputes,medical disputes difficult to deal with,lack of trust between doctors and patients,heavy service load of medical staff,doctor-patient disputes frequently occurring under We Media doctor-patient disputes and so on.In view of the problems in the doctor-patient relationship of Nanchong Z hospital,the author thinks that we should start to enhance the communication between doctors and patients,strengthen hospital management,cultivate good medical ethics,improve doctors’ medical technology,ensure the medical service of the hospital,improve the legal construction,promote the strength of grass-roots hospitals,realize effective diversion and correctly guide public opinion.The research on the doctor-patient relationship of Nanchong Z hospital can promote the good development of the doctor-patient relationship,increase the patient satisfaction,raise the core competitiveness of Nanchong Z hospital.Moreover,it can lay a solid foundation for the development of the medical industry in our city. |
