Based On "Preventive Treatment Of Disease" Theory To Explore The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diet And Database Construction Of Pulmonary Diseases

Objective Based on the theory of "preventive treatment of diseases" in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper sorts out the traditional Chinese medicine diet of pulmonary diseases,analyzes the medication rules of the herbal diet of pulmonary diseases,and establishes a database to realize the intelligent screening of herbal diet therapy,hoping to provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice and better apply it in preventive treatment department.Methods Using the research methods of philology and statistics,take Wang Zhiyue’s edition of Chinese Medicinal Diet Dictionary(revised edition)published by Dalian Publishing House in 1992,Xiang Ping’s edition of traditional Chinese Medicine Dietotherapy prescription published by people’s Health Publishing House in 1997,and the traditional Chinese medicine diet about lung diseases in the online digital resource database(China knowledge net and Wanfang)since 1992.The inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature were established based on the basic principles of drug safety,effectiveness and detailed records,and the data that met the requirements were manually inputted into Excel documents.Sort out the relevant information,screen the medicinal diet for the second time,and unify the names of medicine and disease;then split the contents of the literature according to the name,source,composition,dosage form,production method,edible method and other elements of the medicinal diet,and establish the data table with Microsoft Excel software.Log in to the prescription management system in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,and input the sorted data into the system.Data management system and data analysis system are used to analyze the disease types of lung diseases,drug frequency,four qi,five flavors,meridian tropism,food frequency,meridian tropism and so on.then the association rule algorithm and complex system entropy clustering algorithm are used to analyze the data.On the basis of objective data,this paper makes a more in-depth study on the rule of medicine and diet for lung diseases,and sets up a traditional Chinese medicine diet database for lung diseases from the point of view of practical application,so as to provide reference for clinical auxiliary treatment of lung diseases.Results 1.Overall: a total of 556 medicinal diets were included in this study,including 319 traditional Chinese medicines and 94 kinds of ingredients.Among them,245 cases were cough,followed by 112 cases of asthma,101 cases of rheum,60 cases of tuberculosis,25 cases of lung carbuncle and 13 cases of lung flaccidity.According to the frequency statistics of drugs,food and dosage forms in medicinal diet,it was found that deficiency-tonifying drugs were used more frequently,accounting for 26.7%,267 times,accounting for 16.4%,240 times for resolving phlegm,cough and asthma,accounting for 14.7%,184 times for heat-clearing drugs,accounting for 11.3%,and the utilization rates of other categories,such as diuresis and moisturizing drugs,qi-regulating drugs,dampness-relieving drugs,food-eliminating drugs,etc.,were all less than 10%.The top 10 times of drugs use were almond 81 times,ginger 79 times,licorice 63 times,tangerine peel 44 times,jujube 43 times,perilla 41 times,lily 40 times,Ophiopogon 38,Radix Ginseng 35,peppermint 34.The drug four gas distribution was mainly warm,a total of 652 times,accounting for 40%,followed by cold,flat,cool and hot,followed by sweet taste,a total of 904 times,accounting for 39%,followed by bitter taste,pungent taste,sour taste and salty taste.The meridian distribution is mainly to return to the lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian,and the three meridians account for 63.26%.The food mainly belongs to the lung meridian,the large intestine meridian;the medicine and diet is mainly decoction,a total of 197 times,accounting for 35.43%,followed by porridge,plaster,tea substitute and so on.Five groups of drug core combinations were evolved by complex entropy clustering analysis algorithm.2.Different types of diseases:(1)There are 147 kinds of drugs in the medicated diet for treating cough,which have been used 370 times in total;There are 70 kinds of medicine and food homologous species,which have been used for 1997 times;There were 58 kinds of food and 271 times of use.The frequency statistics showed that the four Qi was mainly warm,a total of 308 times,accounting for 40.8%;Sweet taste was the most important flavor,accounting for 39.1% of the total 423 times;The lung meridian was the main channel,547 times,accounting for 29.2%.The core combination of drug clustering is the compatibility of bitter almond,lily,loquat leaf,Poria cocos,ginger,Fritillaria cirrhosa,ginkgo,Ophiopogon japonicus,tangerine peel,licorice and other drugs.(2)In the medicated diet for asthma,112 kinds of drugs were used for 237 times;63 kinds of drug food homologous species,which were used 238 times in total;44 kinds of food and 132 times of use.The frequency statistics of drugs showed that the four Qi were mainly warm,accounting for 44.17% of 177 times;Among the five flavors,sweet flavor was used 191 times,accounting for 32.76%;Lung meridian was the main channel,260 times,accounting for25.17%.The core combination of drug clustering is the compatibility of bitter almond,yam,licorice,ginseng,lily,ginger,tangerine peel,perilla,Pinellia ternata,and Fructus aurantii.(3)In the medicated diet for treating cold,36 kinds of drugs have been used for 69 times;There were 34 kinds of medicine and food homologous species,which were used 209 times in total;There were 39 kinds of food and 114 times of use.According to the frequency statistics of drugs,the warm nature was also the first in the four Qi,accounting for 48% of 108 times;Among the five flavors,the pungent flavor was the most common,accounting for 36.63% of the total 115 times;The lung meridian was also the main channel,accounting for 32.11% of the total 184 times.The core combination of drug cluster is the compatibility of honeysuckle,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Agastache rugosa,ginger,perilla,fermented bean,scallion,mint,mulberry leaf,chrysanthemum and other drugs(4)In the medicated diet for the treatment of tuberculosis,32 kinds of drugs were used for a total of 80 times;There are 31 kinds of medicine and food homologous species,which have been used for 90 times;There were 36 kinds of food,which were used 65 times.According to the frequency statistics of drugs,the four Qi was the most common,accounting for 35.06% of the total 54 times;Sweet taste was the most important flavor in the five flavors,accounting for 61.58% of the total 125 times;The lung meridian was also the main channel,accounting for 31.5% of the total 120 times.The core combination of drug cluster is the compatibility of Codonopsis pilosula,ginger,Cordyceps sinensis,Radix Glehniae,astragalus,lily,Ophiopogon japonicus,wolfberry,Scrophularia ningpoensis,yam and other drugs.Conclusion1.Cough,asthma,cold and tuberculosis are the dominant diseases in the treatment of pulmonary diseases by medicated diet.The same origin of medicine and food is the main component of medicated diet.2.The medicated diet for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary diseases is mostly soup,porridge and paste.Food mostly belongs to lung,large intestine and spleen meridians.The top ten commonly used foods were japonica rice,pig lung,pear,honey,white radish,lean pork,tea,duck,glutinous rice and rice.3.There are mainly three kinds of medicated diet drugs for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary diseases: tonifying drugs,relieving drugs,expectorant,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs;Warm drugs are the most commonly used drugs in four Qi,while sweet drugs are preferred in five herbs;Most of the drugs were attributed to lung meridian of hand Taiyin,spleen meridian of foot Taiyin and stomach meridian of Foot Yangming;The top ten commonly used drugs were bitter almond,ginger,licorice,tangerine peel,jujube,perilla,lily,Ophiopogon japonicus,Radix Glehniae and mint.4.The drugs for cough and asthma are mainly tonic drugs,expectorant,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,and antidepressant drugs,most of which are sweet and warm,and the channels are lung,stomach and spleen;The common cold is mainly composed of exterior resolving drugs and heat clearing drugs,most of which are pungent and warm;For pulmonary tuberculosis,tonifying drugs account for the largest proportion,and most of them are Ganping products,and the meridian tropism is also focused on the lung,stomach and spleen meridians.
