Study On The Rule Of Medication Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Short Stature In Children Based On Literature

Objective: Retrieve the literature of modern doctors using traditional Chinese medicine to treat children’s short stature,build the short stature prescription database by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform(V2.5),excavate the medication rules and potential new prescriptions of modern doctors using traditional Chinese medicine to treat children’s short stature,and provide objective data support and theoretical reference for the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine to treat short stature.Methods: Search the Chinese Journal Full-Text Database(CNKI),Vip Chinese Journal Service Platform,China Wanfang Data Service Platform,Chinese Biomedical Journal Database,and western literature databases Pub Med and Science Direct,which published the documents on the treatment of short stature through the use of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1995 to December 31,2022,and standardize the data,Input it into the software of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance management assistant platform(V2.5),establish a database,and use the frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis functions of the software to sum up the drug frequency,the meridian tropism of the four qi and five flavors,and the high-frequency core drug combination,summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treating short stature,and promote the new prescription for treating short stature.Results:1.A total of 103 documents that meet the criteria were selected,including 200 prescriptions,involving 170 traditional Chinese medicines.According to the statistics of drug frequency,16 traditional Chinese medicines were used more than 40 times,and the top 10 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were: Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Chinese yam,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Astragali,Cornus officinalis,tangerine peel,tortoiseshell,roasted licorice,and Codonopsis pilosula.2.The drugs used to treat short stature in the literature prescription were screened,and the four gases accounted for 48.99% of the total,31.20% of the total,17.50% of the total,1.18% of the total,and 1.12% of the total;The proportion of five flavors is as follows: sweet taste 48.05%,bitter taste 22.29%,bitter taste 16.70%,sour taste 6.92%,astringent taste 3.53%,salty taste 2.51%;The first three meridians are ranked in descending order: spleen meridian(1242 times),kidney meridian(1127times),and liver meridian(906 times).3.Association rule analysis: the support parameter is set to 30%,and the confidence level is 0.75.The first three high frequency drug combinations are: "yam,poria cocos","atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos","cooked ground,poria cocos";The first three combinations of confidence are: "Atractylodes macrocephala,Chinese yam → Poria cocos","orange peel,Atractylodes macrocephala → Poria cocos","astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Chinese yam → Poria cocos".4.Analysis of the rule of composition based on entropy clustering(set the correlation degree as 8 and the punishment degree as 4): based on the correlation degree,the analysis was carried out,and 34 pairs of drug combinations with the correlation coefficient between the two drugs>0.019 were extracted;Through TCMISS entropy clustering analysis of potential drug combinations,65 potential drug combinations were deduced,including 24 potential core drug combinations;Through unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,12 new combinations are extracted.Conclusion:1.At present,traditional Chinese medicine is good at treating short stature with drugs that are sweet and warm in nature.The meridians are spleen,kidney and liver meridians.The drug efficacy is mainly to strengthen the spleen and kidney,supplemented by nourishing yin,nourishing blood and regulating qi.This medication law is supported by objective data,and conforms to the current clinical understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,which has certain guiding significance for clinical practice.2.The treatment method of the new prescription based on TCMISS cluster analysis is slightly different from that of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of short stature.The new prescription emphasizes the pathogenic characteristics of congenital deficiency and deficiency of liver and kidney for this disease.The main choice is to use drugs that are mainly beneficial to the liver and kidney,and are dialectically supplemented by drugs with the effects of invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver.In the treatment of short stature,it is consistent with the direction of traditional medicine "nourish the congenital" and "nourish the acquired".In addition,the new prescription dialectically uses tranquilizing drugs to treat the disease and provides new medication rules for the treatment of short stature.Although the effectiveness of the new prescription needs to be verified by further clinical practice,it not only broadens the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of short stature,but also provides a reference for clinical research.
