| 《Law of the People’s Republic of China on prevention and control of infectious diseases》has endowed the health sector with the statutory responsibility and public attribute of infectious disease prevention and control.Especially in the past ten years,after the public health incidents such as SARS,avian influenza and new coronavirus pneumonia,the prevention and control of infectious diseases,especially the medical and health institutions,is becoming increasingly prominent.In 2016,the National Health Commission carried out the comprehensive evaluation of classified supervision on prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical and health institutions nationwide.The purpose is to use the limited health supervision resources,improve the efficiency of law enforcement by supervisors,fully perform the duties of supervision on infectious diseases,and ensure the health of the people.The study of this work is of great significance to understand and master the current situation of infectious disease prevention and control in medical and health institutions,as well as the outstanding problems and weak links in the performance of the duties of infectious disease prevention and control.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper introduces the detailed contents of the comprehensive evaluation system of classified supervision of infectious disease prevention and control in Jiangsu Province,including the main body of the evaluation work,the content of the evaluation work,the content of the evaluation index and the evaluation method,etc.,and makes a statistical analysis of the results of the comprehensive evaluation of classified supervision in Jiangsu Province from 2016 to 2018,including the composition of the medical and health institutions participating in the evaluation,the overall situation of the evaluation results,the comparative analysis of the evaluation results of different regions,the comparative analysis of the evaluation results of different types of institutions and the analysis of the results of the specific inspection contents,etc.,summed up the achievements of Jiangsu Province since the implementation of this work.It is found that since the classified supervision of infectious disease prevention and control in Jiangsu Province,the level of infectious disease prevention and control in medical and health institutions at all levels has been continuously improved,However,there are still some problems such as different work levels,centralized projects,inadequate implementation of training and documents,etc.It is pointed out that the evaluation index and application,information construction are also important factors affecting the evaluation results.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as taking measures according to local conditions,strengthening training,improving evaluation index and optimizing evaluation system. |
