| Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop a questionnaire on the knowledge,beliefs and behaviors of elderly patients with coronary heart disease on cardiac rehabilitation,to investigate the current status of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,beliefs and behaviors of inpatients with coronary heart disease,and to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge,beliefs and behaviors of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Targeted nursing intervention programs and the implementation of personalized intervention measures provide a scientific basis for the further development of the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in my country.Methods: On the basis of determining the operational definition of cardiac rehabilitation and the conceptual definition of knowledge,belief and behavior in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,an initial questionnaire was formed through literature review,preliminary interviews,and expert consultation.The questionnaire validity test uses content validity and structure validity;the questionnaire reliability test uses internal consistency reliability.A continuous sampling method was used to select elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the cardiovascular medical ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from December 2019 to November 2020 for investigation.Use the mean ± standard deviation and the composition ratio to describe the patient’s general information and the current status of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors.Use t-test,analysis of variance,and multiple linear regression to analyze the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,beliefs and behaviors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Results:1.In this study,a questionnaire on cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors of elderly patients with coronary heart disease was compiled.The knowledge questionnaire includes three dimensions and 15 items,including basic knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation(2 items),monitoring of various risk factors(6 items),and lifestyle adjustment(7 items).The belief questionnaire has a total of 8 items,and the behavior questionnaire has a total of 9 items.The Cronbach’α coefficient of the knowledge questionnaire is 0.799,the Cronbach’α coefficient of the three dimensions of the knowledge questionnaire ranges from0.768 to 0.836,the I-CVI of each item is 1.00,the S-CVI of the questionnaire is 0.93,and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 57.491 %,the factor load value of each item on its common factor is all >0.4.The Cronbach’α coefficient of the belief questionnaire is 0.871,the I-CVI of each item is 1.00,the S-CVI of the questionnaire is 0.86,the cumulative variance contribution rate is 53.150%,and the factor load value of each item on its common factor is> 0.4;The Cronbach’α coefficient of the behavior questionnaire is 0.873,the I-CVI of each item is 1.00,the S-CVI of the questionnaire is 0.89,the cumulative variance contribution rate is 52.126%,and the factor load value of each item on its common factor is >0.4.2.Survey results of the current status of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,beliefs and behaviors of elderly patients with coronary heart disease: the total score of the cardiac rehabilitation knowledge questionnaire for elderly patients with coronary heart disease is42.30±8.96,the total score of the belief questionnaire is 31.96±2.74,the total score of the behavior questionnaire is 30.50±4.67.3.The results of multiple linear regression analysis of factors affecting cardiac rehabilitation knowledge in elderly patients with coronary heart disease showed that education level,coronary heart disease duration,number of hospitalizations and monthly income entered the regression equation(P<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis of belief influencing factors The results showed that the education level,the duration of coronary heart disease,whether PCI treatment was entered into the regression equation(P<0.05);the results of multiple linear regression analysis of behavioral influencing factors showed that education level,the number of hospitalizations,and whether PCI treatment entered the regression equation(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In strict accordance with the questionnaire preparation principles,this study compiled a cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,belief,and behavior questionnaire for elderly coronary heart disease inpatients,and it has good reliability and validity.It can be used in clinical practice to evaluate the cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,beliefs,and beliefs of elderly coronary heart disease inpatients.Behavioral level.2.The scores of the three questionnaires of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,belief and behavior for elderly patients with coronary heart disease are knowledge questionnaire,belief questionnaire and behavior questionnaire from high to low.The influencing factors of income.The influencing factors of belief level are education level,the duration of coronary heart disease,and whether or not they have undergone PCI treatment.The influencing factors of behavior level are education level,number of hospitalizations,and whether they have undergone PCI treatment.It is reminded that medical workers should implement systematic and individualized cardiac rehabilitation-related knowledge training for elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and formulate corresponding health education manuals,so as to promote the development of cardiac rehabilitation. |
