Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Sini Powder in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain due to liver depression and spleen deficiency with stagnation,and to analyze and explore its possible mechanism of action.So as to provide a new reference basis for children with functional abdominal pain in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: According to the established inclusion criteria,72 children were selected into the group and randomly divided into two groups.One group was the treatment group,which was treated with Modified Sini Powder;the other group was the control group,which was treated with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple live bacteria tablets,the two groups were treated with 1 week as a course of treatment,and observed for two courses.Record and compare the scores to the primary and secondary symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,and follow up the two groups children count the total effective rate of treatment after one month end of the treatment,sort out the data and use statistical software to deal with them,and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Modified Sini Powder.Results:1.Comprehensive effects: After all treatments in the two groups,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group are 97.06% and 80.00%,P<0.05,with statistical difference;The total effective rate was 94.12% and 73.33% in the treatment and control groups at the 1-month follow-up after the end of treatment.and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatments have effects;The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,suggesting that the treatment group had better efficacy.2.Symptom reduction:(1)After all the treatment courses,the scores of the primary and secondary symptoms of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and there was a statistical difference between the two(P<0.05),indicating that both the treatment group and the control group have therapeutic effects.(2)After the treatment,the scores of the primary and secondary symptoms of the treatment group and the control group are compared.The scores of the primary and secondary symptoms of the treatment group are significantly lower than those of the control group,there are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was in remission the main symptom and the secondary symptom have more advantages than the control group.(3)The disappearance rate of the secondary symptom was calculated after the end of the entire treatment course.The treatment group was above 80%,and the control group was between 50%-70%.It can alleviate secondary symptoms,but the effect of the treatment group was more remarkable.Conclusion:1.Modified Sini Powder has a significant clinical effect in treating functional abdominal pain in children with stagnation of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and can effectively improve the main symptoms of children,it also has a good effect on the improvement of secondary symptoms.2.Through the analysis of prescriptions and modern pharmacological research,Modified Sini Powder is to play its therapeutic role by resolving tetany,relieving pain,adjust regulating gastrointestinal and stomach,aiding digestion,and regulating emotions.And some drugs may also further relieve emotions by regulating the function of the brain-gut axis.3.The medication was safe and there was no obvious discomfort during the treatment.
