| Objectives The research is aimed at analyzing the expression of rhomboid family gene 1(RHBDF1),a disintegrin and metalloproteinase17(ADAM17)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)from testing the expression of the three in different breast tissues and studying the relations between the expression and the pathological features of breast cancer for exploring new ways to the treatment of breast cancer. Methods The research selects female breast cancer patients from the Department of Pathology in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliate Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020.The experiment is divided into three groups. In the breast cancer group, there are 182 cases in total, who are aged between 30 and 77,and the average age range is(47.68±8.15).In the breast fibroadenoma group,30 patients are selected through a systematic random sampling method, who are aged between 24 and 48,and the average range is(30.68±9.57).There is no significant difference in age between the two groups. Therefore,it can carry out the experimental study. In addition, adopting a systematic random sampling method to select the non-infiltrated paracancerous tissues(tumor margin>5cm)in the breast cancer group as the paracancerous breast group(30 cases).Immunohistochemistry is used to study the expression of RHBDF1,ADAM17 and EGFR proteins, and it can further analyze the relations between their expression and clinicopathologic features in breast cancer,ER receptor,PR receptor,HER2,Ki-67,molecular classification. Results The results of immunohistochemistry shows that the positive signals of RHBDF1,ADAM17 and EGFR protein are mainly located in the cytoplasm, which is yellow granularity. The positive rates in paracancer tissues are 13.3%(4/30),10.0%(3/30),13.3%(4/30).The positive rates in fibronadenoma are 23.3%(7/30),20.0%(6/30)and16.7%(5/30).The positive rates in breast cancer are 82.9%(151/182),76.9%(140/182)and80.2%(146/182).From Chi-square test,it showed that the expression rate of the three proteins in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in fibroadenoma tissue and adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of RHBDF1,ADAM17 and EGFR was correlated with histological grade and regional lymph node metastasis in breast cancer tissues(P<0.05),but there was no significant correlation with the patient’s age, pathological type,ER,PR receptors,etc.(P>0.05).The positive expression of RHBDF1,ADAM17 and EGFR protein were positively associated in breast cancer tissues(P<0.05).Conclusions RHBDF1,ADAM17 and EGFR proteins are all highly expressed in breast cancer, and RHBDF1,ADAM17 and EGFR are correlated and positively correlated.Figure 8;Table 8;Reference 200... |
