Study On The Supply Of Medical And Elderly Care Services In Shijiazhuang

Shijiazhuang has entered an aging society as early as 1993.It is one of the earliest cities in China.With the growth of age,the health problems of the elderly are gradually increasing,the ability of self-care is weakened,and the dependence on medical treatment and nursing is higher and higher.The combination of medical care and elderly care service is different from the traditional elderly care model that only provides life care.It provides the service of combining medical care and elderly care.It is a new elderly care model,which can meet the health and elderly care service needs of the elderly to the greatest extent.In 2016,Shijiazhuang municipal government issued the implementation opinions on promoting the combination of medical and health care and elderly care services,which proposed to realize the orderly sharing of medical and health care and elderly care service resources by 2020,and basically form a comprehensive and continuous integrated medical and elderly care service network covering urban and rural areas with appropriate scale,reasonable function and comprehensive continuity.At present,medical and nursing services in Shijiazhuang have been developing continuously and achieved certain results.This paper analyzes the supply of medical and elderly care services in Shijiazhuang,and explores the methods to improve the supply level and efficiency of medical and elderly care services in Shijiazhuang,so as to continuously meet the needs of the elderly for medical and elderly care services.Taking the supply of medical and elderly care services in Shijiazhuang as the research object,this paper analyzes and expounds the development status of the supply of medical and elderly care services in Shijiazhuang from four aspects: supporting policies,institutions,service contents and service personnel.On the basis of summarizing the research results of medical care combined with elderly care service supply at home and abroad,this paper defines the core concepts and research directions involved in the research,such as medical care combined with elderly care service supply,elderly care model and so on.Based on welfare pluralism and demand hierarchy theory,using literature research method,case analysis method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the supply of medical and elderly care services in Shijiazhuang,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper finds that the supply of medical care combined with elderly care services in Shijiazhuang is unbalanced and insufficient.Insufficient government investment,inconsistent industry standards,insufficient team construction and high charging standards are the main reasons for the unbalanced and insufficient supply of medical and nursing services in Shijiazhuang,which are reflected in the relative lack of government responsibility,relatively low service level,insufficient supply of medical and nursing personnel and unbalanced supply of facilities.Overall,the development of Shijiazhuang medical care combined with elderly care service is still in its infancy,and the service supply can not fully meet the diversified and multi-level health and elderly care needs of the elderly in Shijiazhuang.Shijiazhuang should speed up the supply side reform of medical and nursing services,increase government investment,improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism,improve the talent security mechanism,popularize the long-term care insurance system,and fully stimulate the potential of the supply side.Supply entities should perform their respective duties,develop their strengths and avoid their weaknesses,complement each other,cooperate and cooperate with each other,accurately connect the elderly care needs,promote the construction of Shijiazhuang medical and elderly care system,improve supply efficiency and change the problems of insufficient and unbalanced supply.
