ObjectiveIn this study,by observing the changes in swallowing function rating, quality of life score, and stroke TCM symptom scores in patients with swallowing dysfunction after wind-phlegm-resisting stroke after intervention, the study analyzed the effect of Tongbian scraping therapy on swallowing dysfunction after wind-phlegm-resisting stroke. The influence of patients’ swallowing function, quality of life,TCM symptoms, etc.,provides a simple, convenient, inexpensive and proven TCM rehabilitation nursing method for patients with swallowing dysfunction after wind-phlegm obstructive stroke.MethodAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,92 patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke who met the acceptance criteria in the neurology ward of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital from November 2019 to may 2021 were selected. The selected patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and routine nursing programs, including basic training, feeding training The experimental group of acupuncture and electrical stimulation was treated with copper needle scraping on the basis of the control group. The intervention time of the two groups was one course of treatment(4 weeks). The treatment cycle of each subject in the experimental group was one course of treatment, and each course of treatment was treated with copper needle scraping for 4 times. Before the intervention, the patients in the two groups received baseline evaluation such as general data and demographic conditions. The patients in the two groups were evaluated once respectively before and after the intervention. The evaluation contents: Watian drinking water test grade, standard swallowing function grade, specific swallowing disorder quality of life score and TCM symptom score after stroke.Result1 Research development status: This study included 92 cases of post-stroke swallowing dysfunction that met the criteria of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals and included a total of92 subjects,46 cases in the test group,46 cases in the control group, and 8 cases in the test group(4 cases in the test group,4 cases in the control group)4 cases),a total of 84 patients who finally completed the study and were included in the data analysis.2.Baseline comparison: Before the test, the differences in gender, age, body mass index, occupation, education level, number of strokes, duration of disease, eating style, etc.between the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable. Before the test, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in the Watian drinking water test classification, the risk of aspiration, the quality of life score for specific dysphagia, and the TCM symptom score after stroke(P>0.05).3.Watian drinking water test classification: Before the test, the difference between the two groups of patients in the Watian drinking water test was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the difference between the grading groups of the Watian drinking water test in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences between the grading groups in the Watian drinking water test of the control group were statistically significant Significance(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups of patients in the Watian drinking water test classification group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups of patients in the Watian drinking water test curative effect group was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Level of aspiration risk: Before the test, there was no statistically significant difference in the level of aspiration risk between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the difference in the aspiration risk level of the experimental group between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the aspiration risk level of the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups of patients with aspiration risk level was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Specific dysphagia quality of life score: Before the test, there was no significant difference in the total SWAL-QOL score and each sub-item between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the total SWAL-QOL score of the experimental group was significantly different from the sub-item group(P<0.05);the total SWAL-QOL score of the control group and each sub-item The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the total SWAL-QOL score of the two groups of patients and each sub-item group was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.TCM symptom scores after stroke: Before the test, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients’ TCM symptom scores after stroke and the total score(P>0.05).After a 4-week intervention, the difference between the dimensions of the TCM symptom scores of the experimental group and the total score of patients in the test group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the dimensions of the TCM symptom scores of the control group were compared with The difference within the total score group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences between the two groups of patients’ post-stroke TCM symptom scores(except facial paralysis, eye signs, upper limb paralysis)and the total score group were statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups of patients in the evaluation of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention after stroke was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Copper piping scraping therapy can promote the recovery of swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke with wind-phlegm blocking collateral.2 Copper piping and scraping therapy can improve the quality of life of patients with dysphagia after wind-phlegm-blocking stroke.3.Tongqi scraping therapy can improve the TCM symptom score of dysphagia patients after stroke with wind-phlegm blocking collateral.
