| Objective Innovating the new methods of traditional Chinese nursing, namely"Kaiqiao Liyan therapy",to discuss its efficacy in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after stroke;to regulate the process of nursing care technique, promoting the spread of new technique.Methods(1)Based on the literature review and meta analysis method, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment methods for the treatment of dysphagia after stroke are systematically summarized, and attempts are made to use the integrated method of Chinese and Western medicine to create new methods.(2)Patients were randomized into each groups averagely.the effectiveness and safety of the new method, namely "Kaiqiao Liyan therapy",using Putian water test, the Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA),swallowing-related quality of life(SWAL-QOL),and pneumonia, was observed in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Results(1)Although there are various methods for treating dysphagia after stroke, there is no best treatment currently.Considering Acupressure is a non-invasive technique that is simple and easy to implement,a new integrated technique, that is,"Kaiqiao Liyan therapy",can be developed.(2)No statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the SSA score,Putian water test score and SWAL-QOL score between the basic treatment group and the "Kaiqiao Liyan therapy" group before treatment;the SSA score,Putian water test score and SWAL-QOL score were improved(P<0.001)both in the two groups after treatment;and compared with the basic treatment group, the scores of SSA,Putian water test and SWAL-QOL of the "Kaiqiao Liyan therapy" group were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)Through literature review and meta-analysis,a new technique "Kanqiao Liyan therapy" was formed, and the process of new nursing care technique was standardi-zed to provide a simple and easy-to-use new nursing method for patients with post-stroke dysphagia.(2)Through randomized clinical trials, the "Kaiqiao Liyan therapy" can improve the swallowing function and the quality of life for post-stroke dysphagia, and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice. |
