Objective: Based on TCMICS,to explore the medication rule of Professor Hu Tiancheng in treating children TIC disorder,and to summarize the medication rule of Professor Hu Tiancheng in clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease,so as to promote the inheritance and innovation of the academic experience of famous old Chinese medicine,and provide new ideas and prescriptions for further giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children TIC disorder.Methods: From June 2019 to December 2020,the author collected the complete cases of children TIC disorder treated by Professor Hu Tiancheng in Pediatric Outpatient Department of Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,standardized the expressions of TCM terms,established Excel database,and made statistical analysis on the established database through TCMICS,counted the clinical symptoms and incidence frequency of children with TIC disorder,and made statistical analysis on medication frequency,classification of drug properties,and regularity of drugs in prescriptions.Results:(1)According to the analysis of the incidence frequency,there are 105 common clinical symptoms of this disease,of which 36 have symptoms with frequency ≥20 times.(2)By summarizing and analyzing the symptom types,it is concluded that among the common clinical symptom types of this disease,732 times of spleen and stomach heat accumulation type is the most common one;Wind-heat wet type 218times;Damp-heat type 33 times;There are 23 types of gallbladder depression and phlegm;Liver-fire exuberant type 13 times;Blood deficiency and wind-driven type twice.(3)According to the study of drug use frequency,129 kinds of drugs were used,and the second frequency was 12,255 times.Among them,the top 10 most frequently used drugs were cicada slough,Bombyx batryticatus,scorpion,centipede,gardenia,Patchouli,Tribulus,Parsnip,Almond and magnolia officinalis.(4)Through the analysis of the four qi and five flavors,it is concluded that the four qi of drugs are mostly cold,warm and flat;Most of the five flavors are pungent,bitter and sweet;Meridian tropism is mainly concentrated in liver meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian and heart meridian.(5)According to the statistics of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the most frequent ones are wind-stopping,exterior-resolving and heat-clearing types.(6)By studying the law of drug use,it is concluded that Bombyx batryticatus-cica da slough,cicada slough-scorpion and cicada slough-centipede are the most frequentl y used prescriptions.Bombyx batryticatus+cicada slough-scorpion,Bombyx batrytica tus+cicada slough-centipede are the most frequently used prescriptions.The most reli able correlations among drugs are Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Pogostemon cablin,cen tipede,Saposhnikovia divaricata → scorpion,Bombyx batryticatus,scorpion,centipe de,Tribulus terrestris → cicada slough,Bombyx batryticatus,scorpion,centipede,Tri bulus terrestris → cicada slough,Bombyx batryticatus,Pogostemon cablin,centipede,Saposhnikovia divaricata → scorpion,Pogostemon cablin,centipede and Saposhniko via divaricata Through classification analysis,six core combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Through the research,it is found that Professor Hu Tiancheng’s diag nosis and treatment of infantile TIC disorder mainly consists of two symptom types: s pleen-stomach heat accumulation type and wind-heat dampness type,which are treate d with Xiehuang Powder and Yinqiao Mabo Powder respectively.The main drugs use d are cold,warm,pungent and bitter,which enter the liver,lung,stomach,spleen and heart channels;Commonly used cicada slough,bombyx batryticatus,scorpion,centipe de and other drugs.
