Based On The TCMICS,Study The Medication Rule Of Professor Hu Tiancheng In Treating Children Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection(RRTI)

Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform,the medication law of Professor Hu Tiancheng in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection was excavated,and the experiences of Professor Hu Tiancheng in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease was summarized,which promoted the inheritance and innovation of the academic experience of famous and old TCM doctors,and provided new ideas and prescriptions for further developing the advantages of TCM in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:Complete cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children treated by Professor Hu Tiancheng in the department of Pediatrics of Sichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were collected,TCM terms were standardized,Excel database was established,and clinical symptoms and frequency of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were analyzed through the TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform.Statistical analysis was carried out on the frequency of drug use,the return of sexual taste to meridian and the rule of prescription.Results:The analysis of symptom frequency showed that there were 24 common clinical sign and symptoms,9 of which were more than 20 times.Among the common clinical syndrome types of this disease,the damp-heat stagnated in the lung type was 88 times,which was the most common;Phlegm-heat lung type was 42 times;the wind-heat obstructing lung type was 34 times;the deficiency of lung and spleen qi type was 30 times;wind-heat with dampness type was 28 times;damp-heat in middle energizer type was 21 times;wind-heat in upper energizer type was 18 times;heat accumulation of heart and spleen type was 6 times;lung and spleen Yin deficiency type was 1 time;milk food stagnation type was ltime;external wind chill type was 1 timeThe study of medication frequency showed that 116 kinds of drugs were used,and the total frequency was 2988 times.Among them,the top 10 drugs with the highest frequency were Huangqin,Shegan,Pipaye,xingren,Qianhu,Gualoupi,Tinglizi,Cangerzi,Banxia,Dannanxing.The analysis of four qi and five flavors shows that the four qi are mostly cold,warm and neutral;the five flavors are mostly bitter,pungent and sweet;the meridians are mainly concentrated in the lung,spleen,stomach,liver and large intestine meridians.According to the statistics of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the higher frequency is resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,clearing heat and relieving exterior syndrome.The study of medication regularity showed that the highest frequency of bivalent drug pair was Shegan-Pipaye and Huangqin-Shegans;the highest frequency of trivalent drug pair was Shegan+Pipaye-Qianhu and Shegan+Pipaye-Xingren.The highest degree of confidence in the correlation between drugs was Huangqin,Qianhu,Tinglizi →Shegan and Xingren,Pipaye,Tinglizi → Qianhu.Through cluster analysis,three core combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Hu Tiancheng’s diagnosis and treatment of children’s recurrent respiratory tract infection mainly includes seven syndromes:damp-heat stagnating in the lung,phlegm-dampness stagnating in the lung,wind-heat obstructing the lung,lung-spleen qi deficiency,wind-heat with dampness,damp-heat in the middle energizer and wind-heat in the upper energizer.ShangJiaoXuanBi Decoction,XinZhiLiuAnJian Decoction,MaXingGanShi Decoction,YuPingLiuJunZi Decoction,JiaWeiCangErZi Powder,SanRen Decoction and YinQiao Powder.Drugs with cold nature,cool nature,mild taste,warm taste,and entering the lung,spleen,stomach,liver and large intestine meridians are mainly used;commonly used drugs include Huangqin,Shegan,Pipaye,Xingre,Qianhu,etc.
