Study On The Theory And Clinical Application Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine In The Treatment Of Infertility Secondary To Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based On Literature

Purpose:Through combing the literature,summarize the law of TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment,medication and acupoint selection in combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of infertility secondary to polycystic ovary syndrome.The high-frequency drugs and high-frequency acupoints are analyzed and sorted out,combined with modern pharmacology and the effects of meridian acupoints,to provide literature references for the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Search the Chinese medicine clinical research literature on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome secondary infertility with acupuncture and medicine published on CNKI,Weipu Data,and China Wanfang Database from January 2010 to December2020.Establish a database based on the syndrome elements,drug efficacy elements,acupoints,drugs and acupoints that are treated by stages,and use the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform to perform frequency statistics,and summarize the clinical syndromes of PCOS secondary infertility,and the combination of acupuncture and medicine Law of treatment,medication and point selection.Results:1 one According to the inclusion criteria,39 eligible literatures were screened out,including 1570 cases.Among 1570 cases,kidney deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm dampness and liver depression were the four syndrome elements with the highest frequency,accounting for 89.55%,72.74%,67.2% and 27.96% respectively;89 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,with a total frequency of 25574 times.The top 20 high-frequency drugs were Angelica sinensis,dodder seed,Cyperus,Rehmannia glutinosa and Salvia miltiorrhiza The first 15 high frequency acupoints were Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Shenshu,Qihai,Gongfu,Fenglong,Zhongji,Pishu,Taichong,Huihui and Xuehai,Mingmen,Ganshu,Baihui;2 According to the menstrual cycle,a total of 196 patients took staged therapy,and the acupuncture prescription remained unchanged,but 126 of them increased the frequency of treatment during the intermenstrual period(ovulation period);the statistics of the first 10 Salvia miltiorrhiza and Spatholobus Spatholobus were not strong in promoting blood circulation;When selecting the drugs of dampness and phlegm,the drugs with spleen strengthening effect were mostly selected,especially Atractylodes lancea and Atractylodes macrocephala;Cyperus Rhizoma is the most effective drug for soothing the liver and relieving depression,and the others are bupleurum,and the
