Study On The Rule Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion For The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Purpose:To collect the prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by ancient and modern doctors,and through statistical analysis,summarize and analyze the rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PCOS.It is hoped that it can be used to treat the disease in the clinic.for reference.Methods:According to the literature retrieval strategy,we searched the three databases of China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WF)and VIP Full-text Database(VIP)respectively.The literature was searched according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the literature was included in the analysis.This article collects and organizes the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of PCOS point selection prescriptions in the journal literature published from the beginning of the database establishment to 2020.12.31,and summarizes the acupuncture point selection rules for the treatment of PCOS.Results:Statistics of acupuncture points for PCOS:The top 10 in frequency order are Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Shenshu,Qihai,Uterus,Zhongji,Honglong,Taichong and Xuehai.The top 5 meridians of acupuncture points for PCOS are:Ren Channel,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian,Full Sun Bladder Meridian,and Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian.The top 5 acupoint compatibility combinations in order of frequency are:Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan,Zusanli-Guanyuan,Zusanli-Sanyinjiao,Uterus-Guanyuan,Qihai-Guanyuan.Acupuncture commonly used acupuncture points for PCOS can be divided into five categories:the first category includes the uterus and the sea of qi.The second category includes Zusanli,Guanyuan,and Sanyinjiao.The third category includes Shenshu and Fenglong.The fourth category includes Tianshu;Zhongwan.The fifth category is Zhongji,Xuehai,Taichong,Mingmen,Ganshu,Geshu,Guilai,Hegu,Baihui,Yinlingquan,Taixi,Belt Vein,Waterway,Cilian,Ovary,Neiguan,Stage door.Acupuncture treatment of PCOS syndrome statistics:a total of 22 syndromes were found,and the top 5 syndromes in the frequency order were kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome,kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome,and kidney deficiency syndrome.Acupuncture treatment of PCOS with TCM syndromes and acupoints:the top 5 in frequency are"Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness-Guan Yuan","Kidney deficiency phlegm dampness-Zusanli","Kidney deficiency phlegm dampness-Uterus","Kidney deficiency phlegm dampness-Sanyinjiao" ","Kidney deficiency,phlegm dampness-sea of qi".Conclusion:The acupuncture points commonly used for PCOS treatment are Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Shenshu,Qihai and other acupoints.The main points are the Yin Meridian points,and the Renmai points are the most used;the abdomen and lower limbs are the main points of the acupoint distribution,followed by the lumbosacral area.Among the syndromes of PCOS,the syndrome of kidney deficiency,phlegm-dampness and kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the most common...
