| Cervical cancer is one of the few cancers in the world that can be eliminated through prevention and treatment.Early screening of cervical cancer can greatly reduce cervical cancer mortality. However,China’s female population is large, the penetration rate of cervical cancer screening is low,and in recent years, the age of onset of cervical cancer has gradually become younger. At present,my country has introduced a series of policies to support early screening of cervical cancer, and the structure of public consumption has also changed.Changes, with the increase of per capita disposable income, people’s expenditure on health care services has gradually increased, related research on cervical cancer screening has continued to advance,HPV detection technology has been innovated, and HPV self-test has provided new opportunities for cervical cancer screening. With the advent of the post-epidemic era, home screening has gradually become a new trend in cervical cancer screening. However, the current consumers have insufficient knowledge about cervical cancer and the screening process, lack of effective channels to obtain HPV-related information, and the user experience is poor.At present, the user experience of the mobile platform for this service on the market is not perfect. Therefore, this thesis designs and analyzes the user experience of the cervical cancer screening platform from the perspective of value co-creation,and optimizes the user experience of the cervical cancer screening platform,so as to improve the user experience and service quality during the screening process.Increase screening coverage for cervical cancer. The main methods used in this thesis are literature research, questionnaire survey, interview method, observation method,KANO model analysis method, eye movement experimental verification method and so on.From the perspective of value co-creation,this thesis analyzes the user experience process(experience value demand chain, experience value design chain, experience value management chain)and five levels of user experience(strategic layer, scope layer, structure layer, framework layer,Analysis from the vertical perspective of the presentation layer),build a full-view user experience design model, focus on the user experience problems of users in the process of using the cervical cancer APP,guide demand mining and later usability testing and design iterations, etc.Through user research on the experience requirements corresponding to the five levels of users, the KANO model is used to quantify specific functional requirements, and the priority of functional requirements is arranged to guide the later design.Through research and analysis,we obtained relevant design strategies at five levels, and through user cluster analysis,we carried out design practices for target users, and used eye movement tests to evaluate user cognitive processing, usability testing, and emotional arousal in A/B experiments. Objective comparison experiments were conducted in other aspects, and the competing products on the market were compared with the author’s design scheme. The verification results show that the author’s design scheme is generally superior to the competing products, including interface design, interaction design, navigation design, etc. However, there are also design deficiencies in some interfaces,so the final design iteration is carried out according to the suggestions given by the eye-tracking map and the heat map.Compared with other cervical cancer screening APPs,this thesis focuses on the functional services of HPV self-examination screening, and provides a feasible design scheme for home screening practice.A user experience design model from a full perspective is developed, and eye-tracking experiments are used to verify the relevant verification after the design practice is completed, providing a new model for design practice from the perspective of value co-creation. |
