Research On The Business Model And Standardization Construction Of "Combination Of Medical Care And Elderly Care" Elderly Care Service In R Hospital

According to the latest data of the seventh national census,China’s population over the age of 60 reached 264 million,accounting for 18.70%,of which the population aged 65 and over reached 191 million,accounting for 13.5%,an increase of 5.44 percentage points and 4.63 percentage points respectively compared with the data of the Sixth National Census.According to the population forecast results,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over will continue to rise in 2030,2040 and2050,with 371 million,437 million and 483 million respectively.With the rapid growth of the population aging,there will be an overall decline in the health level of the elderly and an increase in the prevalence of the elderly.The Disease has a great impact on the lives of the elderly and their families.After getting sick,they will often travel between medical institutions,rehabilitation institutions and families,and the burden of society and families is becoming heavier and heavier.Thus,the mode of combining medical care with old-age care was born.According to the data of the Ministry of civil affairs,by the end of 2020,there were 38000 elderly care institutions and 8.238 million elderly care beds（including institutions and communities）,of which social forces accounted for more than 50%.Compared with 34000 pension institutions and 7.61 million pension beds（including institutions and communities）at the end of 2019,although both pension institutions and pension beds have been growing,the content and form of pension services provided by the vast majority of pension institutions in China are relatively single,only providing simple life care and entertainment services for the elderly,The relevant services provided for the medical and health needs of the elderly,such as medical diagnosis and treatment,nursing,rehabilitation,emergency disposal and so on,are deficient in varying degrees in terms of service connotation,service level and service standard,and the medical and health service level is precisely the link that the elderly and their children are most concerned about.This disconnect between supply and demand is both an opportunity and a challenge for medical institutions to develop the pension industry.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of medical care combined with elderly care service mode at home and abroad,organically combines PEST model with SWOT model,embeds pest into the external environment of SWOT,analyzes the current situation of R hospital,and puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in R hospital service mode and related problems.At the same time,based on the "business model canvas" framework,this paper explores the service mode of "combination of medical care and maintenance" in R hospital,which opens new ideas for promoting the higher input-output rate and better benefit of medical care resources in R hospital and the standardization of "combination of medical care and maintenance" elderly care services,It also further enriches the research on the relevant theories and application fields of the "combination of medical care and elderly care" pension model in the secondary general hospital.
