A Study On The Atmosphere Aesthetics Of Gernot B(?)hme

Gernot B(?)hme is an important German philosopher and aesthetician and one of the representatives of "New Phenomenology".B(?)hme inherited and developed Schmitz’s phenomenology of body.According to the basic methods and principles of phenomenology,from the perspective of ecological natural aesthetics,he took atmosphere as the core concept of his new aesthetics,and theoretically revealed concrete and vivid aesthetic experiences and activities.As a space with emotional tone between subject and object,atmosphere is an objective existence similar to "quasi-object" on the one hand,and as a subjective emotional tremor,atmosphere has synaesthesia and needs physical presence experience on the other hand.Atmosphere aesthetics breaks the barrier between mind and object from the interaction between subject and object,and dispels the antagonistic relationship between aesthetic subject and object.With the orientation of creating aesthetics,it is believed that the atmosphere can be displayed through the establishment of "conditions" such as light,sound and taste.The aesthetics of atmosphere returns to the tradition of sensibility,respects the daily aesthetic pursuit of the masses,puts forward the aesthetic rehabilitation of craft products,and criticizes the phenomenon of using atmosphere to control the masses in commercial society.B(?)hme’s discussion of body,space and perception also makes us re-examine the relationship between man and his environment and construct a poetic life based on space.
