| Whenever,talent training is an important part of higher education.In order to cultivate talents,modern colleges and universities form a perfect training mode,so as to cultivate the talents needed by the state or society.But in the turbulent era of war,Chinese colleges and universities can only cultivate talents in a way that is easy to consider and change due to opportunities,so as to keep them from interruption as far as possible and to provide help to wartime society within their ability.The church universities which appeared in China in the 19 th century are the forerunners of modern Chinese universities,which have a decisive force in Higher Education in China,which have important contributions and profound influence for China to integrate into modern civilization and to the modernization of education and society.But for a long time,many people only regard Chinese Church University as a tool of imperialist cultural aggression,ignoring its contribution to China.Especially in the special period of the Anti Japanese War,the National University was forced to shut down the school or move the campus to the non occupied area under the interference of the Japanese,the church universities in the occupied area took on the responsibility of continuing to train talents.In order to continue to train talents,the teaching university has made many strategic adjustments,and the string songs are constantly.Many talents of Church University have contributed to the development of many fields in China.Therefore,based on the facts of historical materials,this paper will enrich the theory of the research on talent training strategy of church universities,and will also clarify the contributions made by church universities.More importantly,the idea,way or mode of teaching universities to encourage students and guide them to study and seek truth in the war period should be the proper meaning of modern universities.A person who aims at pursuing truth should be the one who is truly and upright and responsible for loving others,loving society and loving the country.Based on the original archives of 16 church universities,this paper adopts qualitative research methods based on relevant historical documents.Taking the strategy and contribution of 16 church universities in the period of the comprehensive anti Japanese war as the main research content,collecting relevant files,newspapers,periodicals,school history,personal letters and memoirs,and deeply understanding and analyzing the literature and materials,through studying the development of the ten and six church universities before and during the Anti Japanese War,the paper clarifies the development of the church universities in the period of the comprehensive anti Japanese War,and clarifies the development of the church universities in the period of the comprehensive anti Japanese war In the special period of the Anti Japanese War,how to make efforts and strategies to continue the training of talents,so as to clarify the contribution.Through the research,it is found that the strategies of the Church University in order to continue to train talents in the period of the comprehensive anti Japanese War include four main elements: spiritual,material,professional and recessive,and the talents cultivated during the period of the comprehensive anti Japanese War cover various fields,including political diplomacy and social activities,language,literature and education,history,law The medical field,natural science field,engineering field and art sports field are outstanding.The research also concludes that the wartime strategy of Church University has important significance for talent training,Church University has important contribution to Chinese talent training,and that western culture is not directly grafted in China,but mainly based on the absorption and development of Chinese localization.At the same time,the author also puts forward four thoughts and discussions on the Church University and the Chinese and Western culture,including the following contributions of Church University to modern China,the problems between church universities and the government,the dual influence of western culture,the differences between Chinese and Western cultures,which need to learn from each other and learn from each other. |
